Chocolate Strawberry Squares

Perfect satisfying, super moist and delicious dessert, you can share with your family and friends
In one hour and a half ,( including the baking and cooling time) dessert is ready to be served 😋😊
Recipe:
• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, mix very well until fluffy, then add
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup melted butter
Mix again for one minute, then add
• 2 vanilla packs
• 6 tbsp plain bread crumbs
• 4 tbsp cocoa powder
• 9 tbsp flour ( dry ingredients previously mixed separately)
Combine everything well with spoon or spatula
Pour batter into a pan , 13x17” with parchment paper
• 2 lb strawberries, sliced or chopped, spread them over the cake batter
Bake at 375f for 20-30 minutes or until batter is fully baked
Let cake cool completely
Make topping:
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 vanilla pack and
• 1 1/2 cup sugar , mix well until topping rich hard consistency
Spread topping over the cooled cake
Serve immediately
You can refrigerate up to 1 week
