Great review, my only constructive criticism would be to articulate the arm on the opposite side. This way your hand doesn't block the view. Great work over all tho. Thanks for sharing!
If there was some sort of media that Classified was supporting, I could easily see this design being a 2ndary villain created to replace Cobra Commander. For a time, of course.

Some are hoping for a Retro version. Something closer to the original.
I think he just needs his pants to be black not grey.
