Wow taller than the Four Seasons. Thats very tall. Apparently it will be the 7th tallest building in Southeast Asia when completed. Thats like taller than about 85% of all the supertall buildings in Southeast Asia.

Terbaik Styfly! Skyscraper di KL mmg antara terbaik dunia cuma street level masih teruk. Laluan pejalan kaki tunggang langgang, sempit, tidak berfungsi dan selalu menjadi tempat laluan & parkir motorsikal. Kota yg dipenuhi pohon rimba seperti KL sepatutnya menjadi syurga kpd pejalan kaki yg berfungsi sepenuhnya untuk OKU, wheelchair dan baby stroller. Mohon juga agar pihak berkuasa membanteras sindiket peminta sedekah, gelandangan, org tak siuman dan bataskan keujudan buskers.

Banyak laluan pejalan kaki sudah di upgrade. Laluan pejalan kaki marhaen Kg Baru, Chow kit JlnTAR, area masjid India pun selesa. Kalau oversea sana penuh dah peniaga jalanan. Kalau ke Dataran merdeka terasa mcm kat UK picture-esque sgt, Sekitar KLCC, Jln Sultan Ismail lengkap dgn atap. Cuma itulah, isunya maintenence. Laluan basikal dah makin pudar. Jalanraya teruk. Pengemis import pun satu isu, zaman kerajaan BN ada asrama utk kutip pengemis terletak di jln pahang. Tapi itulah politik berubah, perancangan pun berubah. DBKL hari ni dah makin lemau. Padahal 2017 sgt agresif.
What makes KL is so beautiful and stunning is its building skyline…it’s compact and close to each other yet so green on the street level.

It not just compact and close to each other, but the diversity of architecture blended with the modern and traditional elements; Islamic, Eastern and Western, unlike some other Asian cities which are monotone boxy buildings.
But imagine opening up your unit window and people and skodeng you 😂. Ain't fun. Can't walk naked in your own unit😅😅😅

I like how the city appears to balance building density and open space, so the tallest buildings aren’t too clustered together. Makes the tallest buildings look striking without looking too isolated.

Our huge KL city crazily speeding to compete with other Asian cities, now voted the best to live in South East Asia ! With comparative cheap costs, good infra, class hotels, endless food varieties, lots of greenery, many touristic places and safe too. Tiny Singapore has priced itself too high and way out of the market.

As a local government, I don't think DBKL has done justice to KL. The planning is governed by political pressure and possibility of corruption in It's planning has been raised many times. KL Structure Plans are generally unenforceable due to the above factors, and the planners seem to be unable to understand the basic concept of good town planning. There is no sense of arrival to the city. It's just laced with tall buildings needing hap hazard road systems to accommodate the ever increasing buildings that will likely to be half empty. It's also not pedestraun friendly and the introduction of bicycle lanes in tight congested roads aggravate further the traffic jams that are so common in KL. Parts of KL are very dirty and not befitting for claims of being a Global City. The Malaysian public is less conscious about public cleanliness and the unnecessary huge numbers of legal and illegal foreign workers with their poor hygiene upbringing makes parts of the city and adjoining Selangor state especially, as one of the most dirtiest part of the country. The near absence of law enforcement, which is corruptible, also aggravates the haphazardness of KL. Yes some parts have been planned and maintained well, but even the steps of the Ampang fountain entrance of KLCC needs some water jetting cleaning. Definitely not a World Class city. Sorry.
