Hi, the video I've been looking for thanks! I have an issue with opening my door, I pull the latch and it doesn't budge fully, realigned door etc but still not budging, I had noticed the middle roller is loose (despite bolts fully tightened). Is it meant to be loose or should it be solid and fixed in place.
No problem, glad to be of help, feel free to share it to help out others too, people don't realise how easy it is to swap the roller and what a difference it makes once done..

all the rollers should be fitted tightly in place and roll freely

Are the bolts m7 spline?
Can you replace the rollers or does it need a new bracket??
I think you can buy separate rollers but easier to swap the whole thing over
