I have to give this a "no" because it still LOOKS like an actual fire extinguisher hanging on the wall. I'm sure that was the point - to keep the look, but in an actual fire emergency and other people might be around, someone is in for a shock when they can't pull this thing off the wall.
Fire breaks out, neighbor See's smoke, rush's in and rips the first aid "fire extinguisher" off the wall and finds out it's useless 😂. Just buy a first aid kit and put that on your wall ehh bud.

You can just use an old coffee can with a lid, or a mayo jar, etc. Unless you just like to work.
