Home prices are way too high and the interest rates are higher now. I plan on living in Port St. Lucie when I retire from my job in Michigan. I work for a major automaker as an autoworker. I may sit this out until the prices come down. I also like to add that I’m a military veteran and I’ll be using either Veterans United or Navy Fed to apply for a mortgage.
James, I agree that prices are high and interest rates went up in January. We are also expecting another increase in interest rates in March. House prices will be high for a while just because the demand is high. And we are experiencing the typical supply and demand issues.

It takes about 12 months to build. The first few months are really just waiting for permits and approvals. I look forward to hearing from you when you’re ready. Stay warm over there in New Jersey, I heard you guys had a ice storm a week ago.

I reply to another one of your homes. I live currently in Seattle, WA. I will be retiring from Boeing in about 4 years. It's getting crazy expensive to live here. Has at Costco over 4 dollars. My property tax is going to be close to 7k this year. I should make a good amount of money when I sell. 3200 sq ft. No kids, never been married. Served in the military. New construction when I moved in. The master is on the first floor. All the other rooms are upstairs. I have a few military friends in Florida. One lives in Sarasota, FL. One in Tampa, and one outside of Orlando. I thought of Tampa at first, it's starting to blow up fast. I might consider, the Orlando area. I gotta get out of Seattle, WA.

In any economy, if the demand is high and supply is low the prices will good up. We have a lot of people moving to Florida. So much that some of these communities have a waiting list to buy the houses.
Hi Sonya! Do you know if the HOA has any breed restrictions for dogs?? We have chows and we heard that the HOAs in FL are pretty harsh about certain breeds. Thank you and Happy Valentine's Day ☺️

If I was a developer I would be the one that give a break. After paying these ridiculous mortgages, there's nothing left to leave on.Life is not about money alone.Now Florida is like NY city.Shame on you heartless developers.

Ok thank you. Yes we did ice storm now is 60 out today and Sunday maybe snow my brother is also looking to move in 3 years when he retires

With dogs. Usually they do not specify the breed. But they would say no hostile breeds
