Kitchen sink I am using a local brand called something like E+NT stainless steel undermount sink

Undermount sinks are the worst! The area underneath the opening can't dry well, hence traps moisture and easily grow mold. This area is not easy to access & clean. U can take a look underneath this area if your frens have these sinks ...scary! Top mount is cheap to install n easy to maintain the grout around the sink. Good luck choosing!

Agree... it's just that people can't see the mould so it looks clean and sleek. I personally also prefer overmount.
