Was this the only TV station who promoted its studios. Saying that they were something to be proud of and sadly will shortly be a pile of rubble. They should never have let this happen

Think it was to do with the rivalry they had with the weekday London provider Thames. Thames did not like LWT and vice versa. THAMES were ln the Euston Road so the North bank, LWT were on the south bank .
