The quick glimpse of the "Justin" street sign made me chuckle and gave me a whole new respect for your editing prowess, which is always on point. Your neighbors must love you, since they get to enjoy your stunning patio on the way to their own front door. The yellow brightens things wonderfully, especially after dark. Sumptuous and welcoming, I'd say this fall masterpiece is a resounding success!
I'm a Spring girl but your design & enthusiasm make me want to camp outside on your patio 😊. Gorgeous! And Scout poses with the right amount of leisure
Love the orange tone. Classic fall Halloween vibe. I feel the cushions arrangement should varied on both side as they’re are too matchy matchy. The arrangement of pumpkins are spot on.
It seems like your stairs are for your apartment only, which makes it nice and more private for your outdoor space that's just great and going to be very cozy on those Fall evenings
Justin you are spoiling us with these fall videos. It is a bit strange because I’m in the southern hemisphere and we’re in spring right now. Still love the cozy vibe
♥ *Yummy Combo* . I'm very persnickety about my color color palettes as well, the yellow actually shines in the evening shots with all the candle glow. I don't do Fall themey inside, my porch is where I go over-the-top. I used mostly faux and some dried stems that I foraged to make three pumpkin/leaves/rafia arrangements. In Upstate NY, the squirrels and chipmunks will eat anything natural. The bright orange is fine for outside, I'm more muted in the house. Love the pillow combo on the couch. I would imagine your composition brings a smile to passerby's.
I was hoping for a night shot!! That made me happy. You made the yellow work for you and hit the mark on the cozy mood you were going for. Chiefs kiss!😊
@@DesigningTheDream89 It truly is! They look great on video but I’m sure it doesn’t convey just how magical that it really is! My husband and I bought a house with a front porch, so we get to do it up this year! I will be borrowing a few of those ideas!😃 After thought- I didn’t know that Mikasa made flameless candles!🔥
Your porch was perfectly curated. I'm looking forward to cooler weather. I'm in the Sacramento area and it was very humid this summer. We're not used to that. Lots of cranky folks too. I just bought a new serger (old one was 25 years old and went to serger heaven). As soon as I figure out how to thread it, I'll be finally, finally finishing the upholstery on my dining room chairs. Again good job and Scout is such a good pup. Looking forward to your next project! 😊
@@DesigningTheDream89 Ditto! I've watched a bunch of videos (Facelift Interiors comes to mind), but the fabric I'm working with is already quilted which requires me to sew it first. Also because it is so thick I can't use the typical "hardware" such as those decorative brass upholstery tacks. At the end of the day, I just want the chairs to be comfortable for my guests. I know your project is going to come out great! I look forward to seeing it!
Aww scout is such a good pup. ❤ The yellow looks good after all. I hope the shorter plants do ok with the ac and heat. Have you done a house plant tutorial? Would be interesting to see your plant care routine.
I love your channel. I'm inspired by your creativity. To conceal the AC, a 3 or 4 panel screen/room divider would look nice behind and to the side of your sofa in front of the AC unit.
Another idea re: ac unit. Would something free-standing like a room divider screen work? Something that could block the view of the AC unit, but still allow the air to escape but not completely at your taller plants. The material you used to cover YOUR ac unit…- if you made a larger version of your AC unit door but with legs, might be interesting . . . Perhaps you really don’t need outsider advice, but I stage houses and my mind is ALWAYS working. 😎
Hi Justin 💓 I really love ur fall decor so beautiful and relaxing also I love ur Ford bronco I also drive one in Arizona always Laura thanks for sharing happy fall great channel 😊
I skipped over the shopping part, not my favorite thing to do. But love how you did the rugs. I believe a pencil cactus would be nice out there and thrive. Be careful, they grow like mad. Really any cacti would like those conditions. That plant that looks like a monstera but isn't, does well root bound, and keeps it from getting out of hand. I have like 5-6 of them, they get so WIDE. I cut some leaves off and put them inside in a vase. A shame we are not neighbors, I would bring you LOTS of plants. Thanks, you have inspired me. Last thing, you can make a pretty cool ghost with cheese cloth. Bring cornstarch and water to a boil, stirring all the time. Cut a small black fabric oval for the mouth. There is your starch to form the ghost. Thanks again, good job.
Hi Justin, thanks for this amazing transformation makeover. I like the Yellow, it is a burst of Daytime Candlelight. Question - Could you make an Air Deflector for the neighbor's A/C Unit? Something with Function and Style? That could be an interesting project. Have a great day. Take care - Don
The feeling of comfort when everything comes together! ❤
I love how your assistant, Scout, made sure everything was placed just right. She did a beautiful job.
She always keeps a watchful eye on me…
I am so glad your channel popped up! I love your ideas.❤
Awww thanks!! Glad to have you 😊

Haha I saw the street come up on the gps and had to take the opportunity!! 🥰
Happy Sunday the patio looks like Fell.❤❤❤
I’m not a yellow person either but actually I think it what makes your whole porch design really pop. Looks so good!
Yeah the yellow was definitely a happy accident!
I'm a Spring girl but your design & enthusiasm make me want to camp outside on your patio 😊. Gorgeous! And Scout poses with the right amount of leisure
Haha she’s a good model for sure! 🤣🥰
That looks great and the yellow doesn’t distract at all!! Great job!!
Wow🥰
Looks, great. The pop of yellow 💛 with all the Other colors look good.

So pretty 😊
I am from the Midwest and live in South Florida. I do the same thing and I really miss the autumn season.
It's so lush and welcoming! Love the cozy vibe with the lighting at night especially :)

It looks great fabulous job !!
Wow looks amazing x
I love it!
Bro's excitement is contagious
I can taste that great cup of coffee while sitting out there enjoying the fresh air, maybe include an apple streusel muffin?
Ughhh this exactly the Dream I had in mind when creating this!! ❤️

Yeah my apartment is kind of tucked away from others, which is nice.
I’m sure you can rig up a diverter for the ac vent. They come in all shapes. Or make one. Point the air towards the walkway or up.
Forgot to say how cozy the makeover turned out. I like the night shots with the candles ❤🎃
Thank you!! 🥰

Haha my friend is heading down to Australia for a month and was trying to pack for spring! 😂
Must be mind boggling haha. I’m in South Africa. Same same but different
This is gorgeous. Looks like a magazine cover! Love your channel so much. 🍁🍂🤎🧡
Awww thank you so much!!
You should make a diverter for the air, pointing up. Everything is lovely, but especially so in the evening!
I think that’s a great idea!
You’re so inspiring. Makes me want to do stuff I’ve not done in ages. I’m here for it all
It looks great, Justin! The mums really complete the look. Enjoy!
Wow, your patio turned out terrific! Your pooch seems so happy and content, great video.
Thank you!!

Oh I’ve definitely got a few ideas for Halloween decor! Can’t wait!
Love it. Maybe I missed it but could you share where you bought your front door mat? thanks
