This Horde Base WORKS | 7 Days To Die Version 1.0 Gameplay

Welcome to my let's play series for 7 Days To Die Version 1.0, in this series we will be showing gameplay of the new update. In this episode we do some base building on the horde base ahead of the day 28 horde night, armed with a Stun Baton and Electric Fence Posts, how will we fare this time?

Almost feels like cheating sometimes with the baton when you're all perked in!

I can't help but spec into intellect. The stun baton was always great into the mid game, but now it is great for clearing POI's even on higher difficulties. Unique hoard base design, something to try I think. On another note, I got my gyrocopter and made a small base in the desert, (the UFO Museum). I quickly realized there is a lot better loot in the Desert, so now, I am crafting a 4x4 so that i can essentially pick up everything from my Forrest base, and move permanently to the Desert.

Time for steel bars next horde night. And if you manage to send them flying, you should be ok versus demos. But you can't have them explode in front of your bars and the wire. Oh, and it's actually accurate that you get hungry during horde night. Intense fighting like that will use up to 10 - 15 calorie per minute. And your character fights from 22:00 to 05:00, 7 hours or 420 minutes long. That times 12.5 calorie median is 5250 calorie your character burns during horde night. You are hungry like a bear.

I wasn't questioning the burning of calories, I was saying that it feels silly that the character would be like "ooh hungry need to eat" mid battle with the adrenaline pumping and action on going in a fight for survival lol . Also doubt we'll have demos until like day 49 at the earliest with it being the forest biome so base should be fine for next time

new hotfix dropped my missions from tie 5 to tier 2 :D back to grinding lowtier missions

I was also having issues with melee on the same exact configuration of scaffold ladders. I found it's easier to hit the headshots if you're crouched down because you don't hit the upper part of the scaffold ladder.

another one in the books stun baton reigns supreme...I need to make a new horde base mine isn't working properly turning into a platform base for some reason but i'll probably be set up in a new spot before next horde night so hopefully the new one will function properly
