When my inventory gets full from looting I go through and mark everything I don’t want as junk. Then hit Expertise tab and use the Donate Junk button. It’ll automatically level up the items that need it then I just dismantle the rest. You’ll watch your expertise level jump.
Play countdown with your inventory completely empty, go for assault rifles, pick up everything as trash. After countdown go to your recourse table and you want to donate all resources, doing this will rank of all your guns and gear to 16-18 then boost a character and after the boost put everything into the printer film, if you have 3000 shade you'll roughly hey 2400 salvage points meaning you can fill up your printer film 3 times and if you want to rank up any skill from 0 - 10 it's 2000 printer film.
