100% agree! People are so hung up on a name, they’ll spend twice as much on a product, and still be disappointed. I love what you’re doing. Educate people on what to look for in the numbers. They would be surprised what so called “budget” stuff can do if used correctly.
I have 2 of these 10s in a custom built ported tuned enclosure 32hz and i never heard 10s that hit this hard with my 3rd row seats still in my tahoe subs firing up with port in the middle coated enclosure on a taramp smart 3k and its pretty loud and flexing everything great sub
Looks a lot like the CT Sounds Strato 8 I bought for my wife's rig, only that strato has a massive top plate spacer on it, even larger than the Skar ZVX-8 I ran a few years back.
I've a got a downfire prefab box in my 2000 Silverado and it sounds alright but I need more of a custom box that's going to make my truck stand out from the rest I'm just now getting into the car audio game and even the truck scene need help asap
Had one 8” toro force , I wanna go with 2 8s now but don’t know what’s best for the price , and don’t want 2 800 rms bc it will be too much power , shoulf I run 2 600 rms or 700?
This for 120$ each or 135$ for skar evl 8? Audio pipe are 500w rms and elv 8 is 600. Getting 2 and building a custom box for them what subwoofer would be better?
What would be your go to move on 8” subs if you planned on a 4 pack build. You have had your hands on some nice equipment, im curious what your move would be

A tape measure to some, is a cruel invention. Just cut the damn hole man. I wish someone would just show the recommended ported box specs. Don't talk, let's keep it simple, just zoom in on the manual where it shows the recommended box sizes. We figure it out boss~

I'm running 4 of the bdc2s on a APCLE30001.D at 2ohms. Impressed. Had em for a year now and they still shake the crap outta my van!

I have a 1 TXX-BD2 12" and it pounds good and low. Very impressed with it, My friends think its sounds like a 15". It can take a lot of power.

Audio pipe makes great products as far as the bdc4 series and for there amps the apcle monoblocks are wonderful great great!
That right there is why I always make a test cut on a piece of scrap whenever I cut out the circle. I have been burned by that one before.
