russo and company bragged about how great the ratings for this show was (did like 1.8 million, highest ever for it on a thursday), but left out the fact that by the next ppv, not only had they lost the 200k viewers gained (impact was doing like 1.6 million a week at this point), but also lost another 200k viewers, and never got them back. funny enough, bound for glory 2010 was at the ocean center in daytona beach, florida. they did 2900 fans, less than 1000 paid. in 2019, aew ran fyter fest in the same building. they did 6000 fans, 4800 paid (and that was at a point where aew had exactly zero minutes of tv, while tna had been on tv since 2005, had existed since 2002). just thought i'd mention that for anyone who hears russo and his supporters and still think he has a clue about current wrestling (or wrestling in general).
@Joshua Sharwood remember when he said that McMahon and Tony Khan were gonna eventually trade ownership of the Jags for WWE, because Vince has always wanted to own a football team 💀💀💀
I didnt like TNA..but god damn.. I miss how bad it was specifically for these reviews. The anger, frustration, disappointment, etc from Bryan and Vinny was so entertaining. I think them watching/reviewing TNA for so long has kinda numbed them out when it comes to a bad wrestling product. Don't get me wrong, they are still entertaining as hell but these TNA reviews are golden.
I actually watched an interview with russo, boasting about how one of his impact shows had high ratings with minimal wrestling and he was happy about how his formula works I guess i've found that certain episode 😐
@Cairo Lee it's kind of like deciding whether it's better to be punched or kicked in the head, like technically getting punched is better but basically they're both terrible lol
See you in 2030 when we're begging WWE's product to resemble 2022 WWE, on the bright side by that time Boreman Lames the Tribal Queef himself will be old and washed up and jobbing to the next big star so there's that
Why did Vince Russo get into the wrestling business when he doesn't want any wrestling on the show? Why doesn't he create a Jerry Springer spin-off in the same environment but have the chairs and pit instead of a wrestling ring.
He got a job writing for WWF Magazine and that led to an opportunity to write for the show. If he tried to write for non-wrestling television they wouldn't let him.
My god, Kevin Nash's bleeding heart promo was so insincere-sounding it should have ended with him also laughing and joining the heels like Flair did. It would have been a waste of time, but it would have been more believable.
Even in choppy video/slide show form, I can see clear as day that this show is a train wreck. 🤣 "FI-RE RU-SSO!! *👏-👏 👏-👏-👏* "FI-RE RU-SSO!" *👏-👏 👏-👏-👏*
I really had to slideshow the F out of this one to get it up, so maybe click here if that bothers you: dai.ly/x8379lk

Well the 1.8 million is more than alot of wrestling shows do now to be honest bruh so Russo actually wins again...
@@christopheriverson7103 That is horrible logic

@@christopheriverson7103 Look at the most viewed shows in the country right now and compare them to the most viewed shows in the country in 2010.

Fu impact wrestling is the best right now
I gotta admit I popped when the theoretical dildo in the Feast Or Fired case was the one from the last Nitro recap.
YES, I'm glad someone popped for that joke. :D
It’s so disappointing to see how Eric Young was treated in TNA. He had and has so much talent, his Violent by Design stuff is great.
Eric young is one of the best impact did him right
We need more of this TNA shows FR!!🙌🔥🔥😂
man you have been pumping out these pieces of treasure like no other. Thank you for your hard work
Ohhhhhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhh!!! Thank you!!! Please don't stop making these!!!
Loving these videos. Thank you!

It worked so well that people never watched again.
Its funny listening to bischoff on his podcast how exquisite he was then you see this
I don't know who hated this era of TNA more: these guys, or Spoony.
This is a legendary channel already!
It's listening for the first time all over again actually seeing the awfulness of TNA
Keep these going man! I love listening to the Bryan and vinny vs nitro
A decade later, and I am BEGGING for WWE's current programming to even slightly resemble 2010 TNA. Let that sink in.
@Cairo Lee it's kind of like deciding whether it's better to be punched or kicked in the head, like technically getting punched is better but basically they're both terrible lol
@Cairo Lee 2010 TNA is some of the most miserable wrestling TV to ever be put on by a major company. Like I've seen 90's OVW that's more palatable.
See you in 2030 when we're begging WWE's product to resemble 2022 WWE, on the bright side by that time Boreman Lames the Tribal Queef himself will be old and washed up and jobbing to the next big star so there's that

Cause he just must think of times a tv show that sometimes has wrestling

Damn TNA pulled in more viewers than AEW regularly at one point
Idc about that! You NEED TO only watch WWE understand yet?! Don't be watching anything else it's garbage. Wwe is popular
Better listen to me dude I'm not playing with you! Fkn do it! Ok
And WWE pulled 2-3x the viewers they’ve had recently back then, too.
TNA used to have 25 to 40 times less ppv buys than AEW, so..... what's your point
The anti Christ of professional wrestling....... Short lived gimmick I see.....🤷🏽.......I dug it though.....
