Oh, and to add to what you said around the 7 minute mark: I'm from Germany and on our Chanel website, some of the items have prices next to them and some don't, it's completely random. Very frustrating. Plus, they always only show a small selection of items from their new collections, if you go into a boutique there will be much more, it's unpredictable.
Very good overview video, thank you. I only recently bought my first Chanel bag and a pair of earrings, and I'm looking forward to buying more of their accessories, so this video is quite helpful for me. I did remember you saying in one of your earlier vids that the Chanel jewelry stones/pearls always fall out, so I actually made sure to get a pair of classic CC earrings that do not have pearls in them. It was fantastic advice.

On eBay they are adding about £150 on to Chanel jewellery and selling them new, you can call Bond Street store and they can sell you items over the phone , I have just sent them a picture and they let me know if it's available and will post it to you if you are outside of London, that's how I got the black and gold brooch and earrings you have , I love them x

You are so right btw on the subject of pieces second hand being more expensive as buying them new in store.
I was looking for the cardholder you have from Chanel on ebay and other sites since I do not have stores near me that sell Chanel items and since you can not get it online I thought I would look on ebay. But they ask like at least double what you pay for in store and that for an item that is not new. I will just have to wait till I will take a trip to London again in a year or so.

Do you find your Chanel compact mirror is "hard" to open? Mine doesn't open easy and I always wondered if it's defected. I'm so picking up the blotting sheets!...I use them anyway, might as well get the chic packaging!
Minne is the same! But my sales lady told me that they are in a better quality than other similar mirrors from other place and that's why they're a bit harder to open.
