But, as a medical doctor in training, what do you think about Nootropics? I've seen a couple academic related channels advertising them and I was wondering your opinion on them.
I’ve never been a fan. Research on effectiveness seems to be not too great. I think optimizing sleep, nutrition, and exercise are probably much more useful
