huh i thought brits ate eels as a way of sustenance back then. good luck trying to clean and debone them, you may know they are a bitch to handle. but they are so fatty and delicious it will be worth it. try just seasoned with salt or the japanese way seen here where they glaze with a sweet soy sauce (also called eel sauce)
