Touch wood, it's been pretty stable. Each arena has it's own wifi router and network. It only has the headsets connected and the PCs to run the session are network cabled in. Herozone is pretty well used and regularly updated, we're only using those games for now.
Exciting stuff. Good luck.
I recommend to put some cushion pads on the pillars
Maybe, but I don't think people will get too close to them. It's their own fault if they leave the play area and smack into one. 😅
@@RaMarcus oh, it seems you need to read more about meta tracking system.
I've a "little" experience with Quest headsets. The pattern on the floor is key for keeping it stable. I'll keep my eye on it and adapt as needed.
Had the same thought, would definitely do it! 😅
I wish I lived closer
Sounds great. Can you list the Games that will be on offer?
Initially it'll be all the Herozone VR games, you see them all on our website www.vrxperience.uk/virtual-reality-free-roam
What are those games?
Sounds potentially really cool, like VR lasertag/paintball without getting dirty and no one getting hurt 😅
They're from HeroZone. Zombie shooting, bows and arrows, cooking, and laser tag type games. They are a lot of fun.
The issue is latency and software.
I tried an awesome beta game - saber city. Unfortunately, too buggy in multiplayer yet
