I am the current owner of the 2019, purchased in Utah when I came a crossed it online and recognized it was yours. LOL Flew down and picked it up and drove it 14hrs back to Washington in one sitting, best road trip ever. She still has all the goodies. Have since purchased the liquid injection kit and lowered to remove a bit of wheel gap. Purchased at over 18,000 miles and is currently at 21,000, most miles coming from Utah. Great car!!!
@@LHTPerformance huh? It's been driven less than 3,000 miles since he got it. How does that prove "how well it's built"? Almost any car could make that trip.
I LOVE this NSX Type S. This is the car we should have gotten in the first place. I am just glad it was able to be made. It definitely will be a future classic. The only problem was that I was not in a position to get one. Thanks for the video.
They are the best NSX designs ever. Honda should have continued to design the car as an improvement of the 90's NSX. Not this ugly copy of a Lamborghini wannabe.
Being so close to the freedom factory, I feel like you guys are missing out on some really cool promotional events/ exciting content for the channel. Like spectator drags and the lot. Would love to see some LHT Hondas run the circle track!!
I think their track is an oval and looks more catered to drifting or racing cars that spend time trading paint etc. my S2000 isn’t going drifting nor is the CRX lol. Hence, our cars have nothing if anything to offer at the freedom factory.
Awesome video John! I’ve been following you guys since I had my AP2 S2K 🙏🏼 Can you guys pls make a video on a TLX Type S along with what you recommend upgrading for best performance gains, discussing tuning options like JB4/KTuner, etc. And also any customer parts you’re able to fab up for it? I’d really appreciate it! I was heavily considering a Supercharger build from you guys for my S, but decided to sell it as I needed a bigger vehicle for my family. I’d love to take my TLX down to you guys and even be the test car if you need me to 😁
def my dream car have a tlx type s now baby nsx lol but the nsx s type or 2017 nsx will be my first super car even doe some dont consider it to be this will be mine soon one day
My dealerships that agreed to sell at msrp only got one allocation, I was second on the list. I won’t be buying one, They are bringing 100k over msrp. There’s no way we could do that.
I think they should have built the NSX Version of the C8. The body style is great, but. NA V8 making 500-550hp and a lighter overall package ( 3000-3200lbs )is what we all wanted. Keep the pricing around 80-90k and it would have sold very well. In its present form, it needed to be 650-700hp to stand out and hold its own in its price point.
Honda didn't have a V8 in production. It had this V6 readily available and also added electric motors. But, tgey should have upped the power to at least 650hp (for the regular model and 700 for the S) to compensate for the heavy weight.
I mean, these new NSX's are 'alright' but.....Nah. Give me the 1999........ oh yeah, you know what's coming next......... ZANARDI EDITION, baby! These Fast n' Furious crowd ain't know about Senna or Zanardi! Hahaha.
This NSX looks even worse than the last one. The first generation NSX is still the best looking design. NSX should not copy Lamborghini. They should do things differently and show the Italian car designer that NSX is about purpose and technological advancement in car engineering. That is the NSX DNA.

That's how you lured me into your chenal, your orange NSX was beautiful
It was an amazing car, just a little too rich for me. It was like staying at a luxury resort, it was nice to stay but couldn’t who live there. Lol.
Nice driving! Your NSX with the SOS exhaust was sweet!
much better looking than the first launch
I like the 1990's NSX cars

John, the open-valved exhaust is teasing my brain with Massey-Ferguson vibes☺
Great work John as always❤
Wow that’s a gorgeous car!!! Wish Acura would stick with it for a few more years.
Perfect exhaust sound.
That’s awesome! 💪💪
For the algorithm!!!!!
Thank you for the content
nice close up videos. detail are nice on the NSX
Type S looks soooooo good.
Super awesome
What a beautiful machine

That would be cool. We haven’t really got anything that we’d run on their track unfortunately.

Love the car! But the front end reminds me of Willem Defoe’ s Green goblin from Spider-Man. 😅
Any idea if type S
improve the time of the regular NSX (10.65 @ 1/4 a mile} ???
I haven’t seen anything. I’m think it should run 2-3 tenths quicker.
@@LHTPerformance I'm betting it will be the same. I think the changes on the front bumper and rear might hinder the aerodynamic.
😌👍
So you missed out on a Type-S by 1 customer? Are you still looking to get one?

Please do 1/4 mile with this type s 😊
Unfortunately I can’t help with that. It belongs to a customer, we don’t drive customers car any more than we have too.
@@LHTPerformance I wonder if the type S is worth the extra money people ask for in term of performance
Looks beautiful but the paddleshifter automatic is a turn off for me.
Do you think this modded Type S will make more power than your modded 2019 NSX? I wonder what this modded Type S will run in the quarter mile.
Very low 10s at 135ish.
The stock S is a few tenths and MPHs quicker than the base model, so the modded version should be the same.
I’d definitely like to see myself. The best mine ran was a 10.62 and 129.9mph. I’d like to think this will run. 10.40 at 132 ish.
LHT, what, in your opinion, would have made a successful modern NSX.
I think they should have built the NSX Version of the C8. The body style is great, but. NA V8 making 500-550hp and a lighter overall package ( 3000-3200lbs )is what we all wanted. This car could have been so much more if Acura / Honda just went with a twin turbo V8!!! A V6 just doesn't cut it anymore in the supercar arena!!!
Honda didn't have a V8 in production. It had this V6 readily available and also added electric motors. But, tgey should have upped the power to at least 650hp (for the regular model and 700 for the S) to compensate for the heavy weight.
Nice C8 Vette. Wait...
Why the hate?
NSX exited before the C8.
Should of been a regular model , and make type R
one word B car!
Type s looks mean 😡
Price is doubled of the model S plaid, but slower😢
🤦🏾
Did I see a made in china emblem I’m confused
Many parts are made in China for a while now.
I mean, these new NSX's are 'alright' but.....Nah. Give me the 1999........ oh yeah, you know what's coming next......... ZANARDI EDITION, baby! These Fast n' Furious crowd ain't know about Senna or Zanardi! Hahaha.
I grow up watching Senna , Niki Lauder and my fav ( being English) James Hunt.
The Zanardi cars sell for $250K-$400K these days.
Just something about that “made in china” that makes me sick
Many car companies source manufacturing in China. So many parts we thought was ‘JDM’ have been made in China for a long time.
Of course it does
Chevy Corvette is this who you’re trying to be?
2:55..."Honda" MADE IN CHINA... 😂
Canada gets 15 , Japan gets 30 and 5 for the rest of the world.
Make it better? Shit, make it cheaper.
The front end is all wrong. Its like they are trying to look like a lamborghni.
Actually, it looks better than a lambo! Lambo doesn't own hard lines
