I said it before and I will say it again. Uche is Jamie Collin’s 1.5. Uche just hasn’t been nearly as consistent or made as many splashy plays that make up for faults
Not EVEN Close. Collins was actually a 2nd team all pro once. Very versatile, good pass rusher, coverage player, holding the edge vs the run. Only thing Uche has is his pass rushing ability which is better than Collins but he's not even getting home
@@Bone_youtube_soft my point was more towards him being rogue. Collins did that also but made far more plays than Uche has. Collins especially when Pats first drafted him was one of my favorite players and then when we brought him back. Uche was great that one season pass rushing and just hasn’t been anywhere near that since
@@bgizze01 I see your point but we can both agree (Collins was my favorite Patriot when he was here as well) that Uche had the one nice stretch couple seasons ago but that was basically it. Collins more complete player

I don’t like dumping on anyone, and it’s nothing personal w/ Kadlick (I don’t know him) but for my time (which we all are busy & being asked to give our time as viewers), I don’t want to watch this sort of unprepared frat-boy discuss football in the most generalized ways. I’m a working person with limited time, & I want my analysis from a serious person. A real adult. Tyler does a great job with the film for on-field stuff & provides great context or potential scenarios/reasoning for off-field stuff. Kadlick uses weak, passive language, takes a position & then immediately backs off it, & in general behaves like a guy who doesn’t have any skin in the game. Like someone who is very comfortable & doesn’t have to bust his ass for it. I remember being done w/ Kadlick when on the pod with Alex Barth (who is also fantastic) Kadlick simultaneously yawned & said “interesting,” in response to Barth. It came off as insincere, disingenuous & disinterested. His writing for WEEI was milquetoast. Tyler does a good job & would actually be even better & elevate his game even more with a more talented co-host with a firmer personality/position. Tyler is a good teammate;he makes others better & is always getting better. This is why you see Tyler firing on all cylinders when Zannis is on with him. He has a stronger personality to elevate with, whereas if he did that w/Kadlick Tyler would be overpowering him & the show would become completely out of balance. Kadlick is actually holding Tyler back.
If you want to talk about lazy, unprepared, frat-boy analysis, you need look no further than Zannis. At least Mike has actually played as a QB at the collegiate level. When Mike and Kyles have to discuss things with John its like watching two experts discuss football with a Southie in a bar.
@@badjujubes I hear what you’re saying on Zannis’ analysis;my point in using Zannis as an example was just that his personality is assertive & he argues for his positions (which I think he tries to voice the general fan frustration) so it allows Tyler to be more assertive w/out it being one-sided. I feel the same way w/Nick Cattle’s that you do w/Zannis.
@@Bone_youtube_soft yeah, there are a lot of Patriots sycophants who think any kind of critique from anyone other than Patriots team approved voices (Paul from Unfiltered, for example) is sone kind of blasphemy. Basically, the football equivalent of Democratic & Republican Party sycophants who are incapable/intolerant of any objective critique of their preferred imperialist party.
@jaredgiven9128 Mike's a good host, seems like a nice guy but when he talks, or especially reads ads, it sounds like the kid in school who is petrified to read or speak in front of class. Taylor has such amazing presentation and confidence though so it's probably not a fair comp.
@Bricktop Yeah I mean Taylor might be the brightest voice in the whole Boston Sports scene. He's awesome for sure, I just felt like the original poster took an unnecessary and incorrect shot. Mike adds a charm and unpretentiousness that I really enjoy. If our team continues to circle the drain at least we can spend the season attacking and defending our sports analysts

I got scolded in the comments for basically writing the same thing in a very simplified way lol

Mike Kadliick im sorry but he offers absolutely nothing thought provoking
Wrong. Kadlick has good points and is great as the "host". He and Kyles are great together.
