The most important part is that the quarterback feels exactly the same way. Dude was coming off an absolutely electrifying closer against one of the top quarterbacks in the league and immediately in the post game interview says that he wants to put the win behind him. Who says that?
I have to push back on dudes pushback @8:20. 1. Before we played them, nobody identified Bengals as a reflection of their record. Most people pointed out how they make the playoffs regardless, & how they're a powerhouse regardless of them always starting 0-2🤷🏾♂️. 2. Tampa Bay game we were plagued by like 5 or 6 boneheaded linemen penalties committed SPECIFICALLY IN THE REDZONE. Between the 20's we were moving the ball with complete and utter ease. 3. Remember Kliff hadn't opened up the playbook with Jayden yet as well.
I hate that they beat my Cardinals but man am I rooting for this kid. He's super exciting to watch. Can't wait to see where this team ends up at the end of the year.
People forget Dan quinn did take the Falcons to a super bowl berth and Kingsbury a QB guru thats a heck of a combo. I know Terry Mclaurin is like thank you i finally have a qb lol
People don’t forget about how good Justin Herbert was as a rookie he’s got all kinds of rookie records just a different offense this year has him throwing 25 times a game instead of 40 times a game like last few years
He looks really good. All those years in college definitely helped prepare him for the pros, and he looks legit. Team picked 2nd overall and they're 3-1 lol. Crazy
I am glad he is playing well but 4-games is a small sample size. Let's see what it looks like on the back half of the season when there is more tape. I hope he continues to do well.
@@SillyGoose2024 I general agree they haven't had the toughest of schedules but who knows. I don't buy that last year's records mean jack all this year. Strength of schedule is a post-stat and is stupid as a pre-stat. I don't think we really know the good teams until 8-10 games in, and even then, sometimes the records lie. There have been 6-0 teams that lost 10 in a row and even a 10-win team that lost the last 6. The December games when the pressure is on say 10-times more about a team than September games. Throw in they don't hit as much off season or play pre-season really anymore. September is a complete mess.
lol part of the reason the teams Washington has beat have bad records is because Washington beat them. Bengals would be 2-2 if they didn’t lose to Washington, Giants would be 2-2, and so would the Cardinals, so let’s stop with the “they’ve only beat a bunch of 1 win teams” This team is going to continue to take each game, 1 game at a time & they will earn that respect. Been a long time coming fellow Washington fans.
Born in DC, Redskins/Commanders fan since birth, I haven't had this much enthusiasm for my team since when Doug Williams took us to the Super Bowl in the 80's. 2020 was nice when we made the playoffs too.
Life long fan...the decades of darkness and void of leadership. I have not had this much fun watching our team in many, many years. No way to know how long it will last; hopefully years to come, this has been such great football. To all involved, from a die hard, thank you.
Saying that Commanders OL, defense is not very good, etc. This is all based upon what you have seen from them in the recent past. Finally getting rid of Snyder and getting someone like JD makes every other player want to try their absolute best to elevate their game. Attitude, belief, 100% effort. Sometimes those things can make a big difference.
Can we put in perspective that the bills are 3-1 and the teams they beat have a combined 2-9* record pending Monday night football and the commanders opponents have a combined 3-9 record🫠… if we’re gonna use the “opponents matter” argument then use it for the team that people think are Super Bowl contenders and have the MVP frontrunner on their team as well🤷🏾♂️
@@colorblindboxing7207 How it goes. Every single last one picked the Bengals to win/destroy Washington. Then when that doesn't happen ..oh the Bengals arent very good anyway.
@@chrisignacio6437 No Man, the front 7 controls the offense. Teams have been running all over the REDSKINS. The Linebackers fill the gaps that the D lineman leave open. The cornerbacks are fine. If they miss the jam at the line of scrimmage the safety's don't have time to get over to cover the receivers. These Linebackers are weak. Except for Wagner.
Kingsbury is killing it. Not just in play calling , but in preparation. To have so many new players on offense, in a new system, executing at the level they are is incredible.
How amazing a turnaround is it as a Washington fan that only 2 years ago we were hopeless and in despair with the Snyder cloud over this franchise? Now we have new owners we can be proud of, Adam Peters running the show, new coach, and what looks like hitting the jackpot with a QB. It’s indescribable.
Washington is only going to improve each week during the season overall as a team from Offense, Defense and ST's. Keys to the game each week does not change. Eliminate self-inflected penalties☑, get stops on 3rd down ✅, run the ball successfully✔, control time of position☑.
Mr. Eisen, you said it, sir? Can't wait to see Baltimore and Washington. I have no doubt you have influence with the NFL Front Office and NFL Network. I'm sure you would love to be at home while viewing this game week 6 on Sunday Night Football.
Don’t forget that Kingsbury learned he has to mix it up in play calling to include running the ball rather than have the “air raid” offense exclusively.
It's not Air Raid when Kliff has 3 TE's in the game. Like he did against the Cardinals. I have never seen him do that before. And he stuck to the run unlike he did when he was The Cardinals coach.
It's all out basic warfare.. Artillery n Missiles(Defensive stops), land invasion(Run) n Air Support(Maclaurin n Ertz n crew) and Jayden selective runs and TDs
@@Royalwar0305 I wouldn't say he was the answer but he definitely didn't get a fair shake in EBs offense. That man called a terrible game all season. It was like he was actively trying to get Howell killed.
Who remembers Jerry Granville in his leather duster getting stomped in the playoffs in 1991 by the Skins? Seat Cushion game. Look it up if you’re under 30. MC Hammer and Holyfield on the sideline. Good times.
Even that interception, Jayden was smiling. It was a jump ball, he knew he screwed up, and made up for it the very next possession. The amount of cool confidence he has is undeniable. He can not and will not be fazed. A rookie like him, a QB like him has never existed. He’s a glitch in the NFL matrix. I can not wait to see him next Sunday. The only word to describe these games is “electric”
I saw Daniels at LSU in person for 2 years. The guy was unbelievable. I never saw a guy break so many ankles and leave defenses running into themselves. The game that sticks out is the Florida game last year. He had 2 runs for touchdowns , one for about 70 yards and the other one for about 50 years that was unlike anything I have ever seen
Got dammit as a Redskins fan it is crazy to hear this type of talk about my team. I've been watching and rooting for since I was 6, I 32 now it's almost like a dream or something.
The other amazing statistic is they've only punted 4 times all season and 3 of those were in one game. JD is special. As a life long Washington fan (since '64) I'm ecstatic to know my sons might finally get to experience what our home field advantage used to be like before the Snyder regime f-d it up. HTTR!

Yes, Cliff Kingsbury does deserve a lot of credit. What you are wittnessing in Washington right now (From the perspective of a 54-year Washington Redskins/Commanders fan) can be best and most simply summed up like this: A perfect storm has hit Washington in the whole-team rebuild process........ it consists of the Majority Owner Josh Harris, General Manager Adam Peters, HC Dan Quinn, OC Cliff Kingsbury, and a #2 draft pick by the name of Jayden Daniels. Obviously there are a lot of players and other coaches that go into the mix, but that's the apex of the storm. If I had to choose a standout amongst those five people, I would say it was the start of the storm........ matching Cliff Kingsbury with Jayden Daniels. Everything was GENIUS about bringing these two together. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON. We have endured MORE than our share of the pain from season after season of losing records. We Commander fans are soooooo HAPPY!!
I mean it's sooo early but you have to think Bears fans are at least looking over Washington's way and thinking, "Is this actually happening again to us?" I'm not saying Willaims can or won't be great but man, I know I'm kind of thinking about it even as a Bucs fan.
Every play he has two checkdowns, not one: the normal checkdown route and his legs. It’s not like early and even current lamar though, he doesn’t prefer his leges. He WILL win from the pocket
Perfect advice. Even though JD IS the truth and seems to be sound in his football ego. I think he seems so calm and answers each question the way he does because he already knows this. Probably learned it early at AZ State.
Real deal? Maybe. Define that term. Two other "real deals" everyone was gushing: 1. Tje Bills are the best team in football. 2. The Saints offense is unstoppable.
I have been abroad for 4 years Rich Eisen I remember you, you use to be on the NFL NETWORK Hahaha 😂 I remember when you ran the 40 against Deion Sanders and he was running backwards and beat you 😅 you’re good guy 👍
If you want a preview of how Daniels will perform against the Ravens, then watch the last LSU-Alabama game. Not saying Daniels will struggle as much. But even against 'bama Dainels could make spectacular plays.
15 of 24 passes for 219 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for 163 yards and one touchdown. If LSU had any defense last year, they would have destroyed everybody
As an LSU fan, I never understood the Caleb Williams is way better than Jayden talk. But that's what the talking heads were saying. The narrative played out because most of those people didn't watch LSU's season and how good Jayden was. Happy to see he's proving it so far.
Washington is on a roll but to say that you wouldn’t take Joe Burrow over Daniels right now is the epitome of hindsight. The man went to a Super Bowl in just his second year. Jayden Daniels is simply the newest and freshest JLo on the block but Burrow is the true wifey right now
Most Impressive MI: Defense is better but not MI, O Line is much better than projected but not MI. JD5 is a dual threat QB and that style play usually results in some serious hits. JD5 has years of "College" experience of running but not taking on defenders full force. That is "College", in the NFL you sometimes need to surrender a few yards and slide! JD5 is sliding when needed MI!
JD5 keep growing.. this is what DC gets after getting rid of Dan Snyder.. Uncle Joe Gibbs is definitely feeling good along with the Hogs and SB champions of old!! HTTC
Commanders fan here and not taking anything away from JD5, but like the other guy in the show said we have beaten 3 teams that are 1-3. True test awaits in couple of weeks when we go to Baltimore
i'm all for objectivity and being reserved, but we were supposed to be 1-3 or 0-4 according to the same pundits. what's going to be the narrative if we go into baltimore 4-1 and then beat them too? 🤔
Bears fans right now are coping. I know. I'm one. I knew deep down they were gonna find a way to get this wrong. There's still hope and time for Caleb to be the gem of this draft. But yikes, JD is real.
@@Blood-Fartzyou said it best… this isn’t a Bryce/CJ situation. Both QBs will be great. One is just developing quicker and there’s nothing wrong with that, the other will come around
Commanders fan here I believe Caleb Williams will be just fine I just think they didn't know what they were doing when they drafted him I like Rome odunze(or however you spell his name)but they should have drafted an offensive lineman considering your offensive line was already sus to begin with but I think he's talented enough that if they get the run game going he could still have a good year but he'll be fine maybe not this year but definitely going forward
And he knows when to slide, to me that is just as important as his accuracy. He isn't helping anyone if he is limping around on the sideline. And look at what this team has done on third and fourth downs. If they can keep this up, and the defense shows up to the game, this will be a team that can compete for wins late in the season and into the playoffs.

The most important part is that the quarterback feels exactly the same way. Dude was coming off an absolutely electrifying closer against one of the top quarterbacks in the league and immediately in the post game interview says that he wants to put the win behind him. Who says that?
@@SillyGoose2024 We're fans, we been losing forever. Of course we gonna celebrate a road win when we were underdogs.
I know we are a long way off, but that week 18 matchup @ Dallas is definitely gonna hit different!
jayden definitely is the guy and has been amazing no question excited for the rest of the season 😊 his talent is amazing Go!! Washington 🎉
I hate that they beat my Cardinals but man am I rooting for this kid. He's super exciting to watch. Can't wait to see where this team ends up at the end of the year.
Let The Washington Nation Embrace All That is Going On. Oh, what a feeling after 25 years.
its september and theyve played 4 games, 3 against currently bad teams.
@@SillyGoose2024 Mr. Know it all.... and the games played the team were underdogs, Anything else Einstein
The league better hope our defense don’t catch up to the offense 🤦🏾♂️ might be curtains 💯💪🏿
Will definitely be curtains bro
Washington D is going to get better each week!
Facts 1000x1000! Go Commanders
We getting better bro they finally getting turnovers
I know chase young wish he was still there
People forget Dan quinn did take the Falcons to a super bowl berth and Kingsbury a QB guru thats a heck of a combo. I know Terry Mclaurin is like thank you i finally have a qb lol
Finally got 🙌 😌 our Qb! Jd5🎉! Completion percentage is crazy 🤪! Accuracy is ridiculously 🔥 fire!
The punter Tress way is demanding a trade says he doesn’t get enough playing time with this new look Washington team
😂
Northwest Stadium. It's northeast of DC.
People don’t forget about how good Justin Herbert was as a rookie he’s got all kinds of rookie records just a different offense this year has him throwing 25 times a game instead of 40 times a game like last few years
The league has always been better when Washington has a good football team
He looks really good. All those years in college definitely helped prepare him for the pros, and he looks legit. Team picked 2nd overall and they're 3-1 lol. Crazy
I am glad he is playing well but 4-games is a small sample size. Let's see what it looks like on the back half of the season when there is more tape. I hope he continues to do well.
I’ve got my fingers crossed too!
the TEAM has played one good team so far this season and they were annihilated. (bucs)
Bengals would be 2-2 if they didn’t lose to Washington, Giants would be 2-2, and so would the Cardinals, so let’s stop with the “they’ve only beat a bunch of 1 win teams”
This team is going to continue to take each game, 1 game at a time & they will earn that respect.
I can’t remember a QB that is as pure of a passer as Jayden. His passes are things of beauty!
That jayden daniels 82% completion over 4 games is wild, good things to come from him for sure.
I hope Daniels helps to turn around that franchise. About time Washington was good at football again.
Can we put in perspective that the bills are 3-1 and the teams they beat have a combined 2-9* record pending Monday night football and the commanders opponents have a combined 3-9 record🫠… if we’re gonna use the “opponents matter” argument then use it for the team that people think are Super Bowl contenders and have the MVP frontrunner on their team as well🤷🏾♂️
The same people that say “opponents matter” are the same people that picked the opposition to easily beat us these past two weeks.
🎯🎯🎯🎯
@@colorblindboxing7207 How it goes. Every single last one picked the Bengals to win/destroy Washington. Then when that doesn't happen ..oh the Bengals arent very good anyway.
Commanders also have cap space. They can make a big move and sign a Davante Adams or something
They need to get some better linebackers or better linebacker play.
@@72Dexter72Manley72 they need better defensive backs
@@chrisignacio6437 No Man, the front 7 controls the offense.
Teams have been running all over the REDSKINS.
The Linebackers fill the gaps that the D lineman leave open.
The cornerbacks are fine.
If they miss the jam at the line of scrimmage the safety's don't have time to get over to cover the receivers.
These Linebackers are weak. Except for Wagner.
@@72Dexter72Manley72 the corners stink. and their linebackers -particularly WAGNER - stink too. their dline stinks as well.
You know about the punting unit; Tress Way has been HIM for a decade!
Kingsbury is killing it. Not just in play calling , but in preparation. To have so many new players on offense, in a new system, executing at the level they are is incredible.
‘Bout damn time!!!
It's basics, yet Ron Rivers and Scott Turner and othe past coaches we're too dumb to do that
Hail To The Redskins, Hail Victory, Braves On The Warpath, Fight For Ol D.C. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jayden Daniels is here NFL
Air Raidin' Daniels gonna win the NFCE
It's not Air Raid when Kliff has 3 TE's in the game. Like he did against the Cardinals.
I have never seen him do that before.
And he stuck to the run unlike he did when he was The Cardinals coach.
It's all out basic warfare.. Artillery n Missiles(Defensive stops), land invasion(Run) n Air Support(Maclaurin n Ertz n crew) and Jayden selective runs and TDs
LOL Jaden Daniels makes the OL better....OL was trash before he showed up. The dude can move...
And everyone thought SAM HOWELL WAS THE ANSWER LMAO
@@Royalwar0305 I wouldn't say he was the answer but he definitely didn't get a fair shake in EBs offense. That man called a terrible game all season. It was like he was actively trying to get Howell killed.
The scheme and JD make the OL better.
They added 3 new pieces and a new OL coach... Not exactly accurate
@@Royalwar0305 They thought wrong...held the ball too long and became shell-shocked lol
He had 2 runs for touchdowns , one for about 70 yards and the other one for about 50 years that was unlike anything I have ever seen
bout fuckin time!HTTR
Got dammit as a Redskins fan it is crazy to hear this type of talk about my team. I've been watching and rooting for since I was 6, I 32 now it's almost like a dream or something.
The other amazing statistic is they've only punted 4 times all season and 3 of those were in one game. JD is special. As a life long Washington fan (since '64) I'm ecstatic to know my sons might finally get to experience what our home field advantage used to be like before the Snyder regime f-d it up. HTTR!
If Washington and Baltimore both win next week I think the league will move their game to primetime the following week
I am actually happy for their fanbase. Been a long time since they have had anything positive to hold on to. I like when things like this happen
Bengals fan here. I’m a fan of Jayden. CJ is another young QB that is very cool under pressure.
Let’s see how they respond to adversity. That’s where you separate the best of the best.
I’d also like to thank the Bengals D for helping Jayden with the all time completion percentage over four games. 😮
Jayden's accuracy and elusiveness+ experience is definitely a problem and he is having fun.. The way he plays Really opens up the Run Game big time
The INT actually made me sign with relief. "Ah," I said... "at least he's got that behind him!"
To answer his question on the punting unit…..Tress Way is one of the best punters in the NFL. Punting unit is legit.
I mean it's sooo early but you have to think Bears fans are at least looking over Washington's way and thinking, "Is this actually happening again to us?" I'm not saying Willaims can or won't be great but man, I know I'm kind of thinking about it even as a Bucs fan.
It's been 33 yrs maybe I will watch them go to a superbowl again 1 day. 🙏❤️
That stat @ 4:56 says it all. All of those quarterbacks are Hall of Famers.
Real deal? Maybe. Define that term. Two other "real deals" everyone was gushing:
1. Tje Bills are the best team in football.
2. The Saints offense is unstoppable.
Good for the Washington fans
I have been abroad for 4 years Rich Eisen I remember you, you use to be on the NFL NETWORK Hahaha 😂 I remember when you ran the 40 against Deion Sanders and he was running backwards and beat you 😅 you’re good guy 👍
He’s playing well but he has played 4 games of football. To say that he’s the 5th or 6th best QB in the league is kind of crazy
Stats don't lie... QBR, Comp% TOs, first down runs, run TDs, 1 sack in last 2 games, no fumbles, passer ratg, record on the road 2-1
@@stevenflo7290 it also takes into account contract
If you want a preview of how Daniels will perform against the Ravens, then watch the last LSU-Alabama game. Not saying Daniels will struggle as much. But even against 'bama Dainels could make spectacular plays.
15 of 24 passes for 219 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for 163 yards and one touchdown.
If LSU had any defense last year, they would have destroyed everybody
Tress Way is the best punter in the game
Definitely the coolest.😎
And it's not like his recievers are having to make spectacular catches. He's dropping dimes.
As an LSU fan, I never understood the Caleb Williams is way better than Jayden talk. But that's what the talking heads were saying. The narrative played out because most of those people didn't watch LSU's season and how good Jayden was. Happy to see he's proving it so far.
Jayden wasn’t in college for 6 years lol he has just been a start from day 1 in college, which is why he played a lot of games.
Washington is on a roll but to say that you wouldn’t take Joe Burrow over Daniels right now is the epitome of hindsight. The man went to a Super Bowl in just his second year. Jayden Daniels is simply the newest and freshest JLo on the block but Burrow is the true wifey right now
Super Bowl is a 53 man job, a QB can't do that alone.
The real question is why isn't he on more prime time games? He's must watch TV
We are here, not next year, it’s right now! And we have our guy, JD5
Dj Moore always sits by himself 😂😂 literally every game he sits by himself.
According to this chart Daniels will be in the Hall of Fame.
He is the NFL version of Caitlin Clark. As a Washington fan since 71, I hope he can keep it up. But, as RG3 found out, it can end with one play.
Must be something in the water down in Louisiana!
He so funny and real
JD5 keep growing.. this is what DC gets after getting rid of Dan Snyder.. Uncle Joe Gibbs is definitely feeling good along with the Hogs and SB champions of old!! HTTC
Glanville said that to a Ref. We can't get rid of those guys but we keep saying this line over and over.
We got another QB✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿and more in the NCAA Pipeline. Compare this beast and texans QB to Will Levis.
HTTR. This is un f-ing believable. We get to talk about winning football in Washington with a humble QB and knowledgeable OC. HTTR SINCE 1962
Commanders fan here and not taking anything away from JD5, but like the other guy in the show said we have beaten 3 teams that are 1-3.
I think they will both be great. JD5 is farther ahead at this point no question.
Jayden being good doesn't mean Caleb won't be. That said, I'm glad we got Jayden.
Just be patient with Caleb he’s gonna be alright.
It's all about processing - being able to read defenses and go through your progressions and make the correct throws. JD is Tom Brady with Wheels.
I love it
