Yes! Protect your hands!! I use sunscreen oil and gloves. I noticed after having the lamp for a whole 3 months and frequent nail changes I did, IT ACTUALLY TANNED MY HANDS. I was sooo upset.

Did you use the uv light? I only do regular press ons with clear fake nails and paint over them. Is it possible to do the poly gel without the uv light?

What brush are you using?
Newbie here :) For some reason my nails often pop off when doing this methode. Can someone help with what I'm doing wrong? And then when the nails grow out a little bit there's this annoing feeling at the nailbed place. I hope you get what I mean :) Do you then file down and put on top coat once again?

Very nice. I’m still trying to perfect my polygel technique. I get so much gel in the nail form at the back of the nail that joins to my skin. Any tips please?.
Smooth out towards the tip of your nail with your brush , before curing your poly gel!
Try using paper forms on the underside or use a glue on tip on your nail. And then use the polygel dual forms over that! Saw it here on UA-cam and I love it :) makes it so much easier

She leaves the clear nail (soft covers) on. I purchased from her and left mine on as well. They are amazing!

Question: You kept the gel and the plastic nail on top? Usually, the tutorials show to place the gel, then the plastic nail form, then cure, then remove the plastic nail for. You didn't, you kept both.
Let me know please. I need the name of the kit you used and why you ket both, the gell and the nail form.

This technique only works on short nails?I like my nails quite long,and I have yet to see a video using this hack on long nails!they look nice 💕💅🏼
I just saw another video by “Mari’s Creative Corner” that shows it done on fairly long nails too! Seems like it works no matter the length.
Oh and “Jodies Nail Lounge” has a video doing it on pretty long nails as well!
Everything I do this method my mails pop off. Also, when I apply them, the polygel oozes from underneath
I don't know why but I apply my full nail covers as you did with the polygel and my some of my nails popped off 😫 Please help me . How long did yours last? Thank you! 😊

The only issue with makartt at their sizing and then the fact you cannot buy all the buses, in single form, only some of them...none of which are my favourite. 💔
