Question about your lamp: what brands of gel polish have you been able to successfully use with that gelish mini lamp? I am so confused about lamps :(
You can use any gel nail polish with whatever lamp I’m like 98% sure lol like she used opi gel & also another brand of nail polish in her video with her gelish lamp
Is that a epoxy resin slab your using to mix the paint?
Does the gel get beneath the free edge when using this method?

thank you! 💘 nope, no build up under the nail because i press my nail into the jelly at the edge of where the gel polish is applied (if that makes sense). if i pressed my nail into the center of the jelly/gel polish, i’d get it on my skin and under the nail.
You seem to put on a lot of polish on the jell for using so little. I notice this in lots of videos.
i have gel nail polish that also needs to use a gelbase coat. if i use the builder gel as a base, could i skip the gel base coat?
For a deeper smile line, maybe try starting from the outside and moving your stamp towards the center rather than the other way around like you did in the video. That's what I saw in a couple of the videos I watched.

Would 91 percent isopropyl alcohol be ok for cleaning up your nails with brushes and cleaning the surface of a nail stamper?

If you’re going from the foundation layer to your nail color layer, do you wipe your nails with alcohol or with a dry brush to get off the sticky layer? Or are you supposed to wipe them at all????? PLEASE HELP
from the foundation to the opi, you don’t need to wipe the sticky layer off, the sticky layer helps adhere the opi. hope that helps!
What if you’re going from gelish foundation to gelish polish
the only time you remove the sticky layer is at the very end after top coat or right before you do nail art like i did in this video. never wipe clean after foundation.

try both and see what you like best, i personally never remove the sticky layer but everyone has their own way of doing it i guess.

At first I was confused how you got the gel off the jelly bc you can't use acetone on them without ruining them but then I realized that if you're only using it for this, then I guess it doesn't really matter!
Although I wonder if you could cure it on the jelly then peel it off
