I am a retired carpenter, and say that anybody that has done construction will say that those H blocks from Bolivia were formed and poured like cement.
Paul Cook has a YT channel dedicated to the theory that much if not all of the megalithic architecture around the world is poured geopolymer (aka concrete). He shows a lot of evidence while exploring the Maltese and British megalithic sites. Such a theory would go a long way towards explaining the mystery of how those stones were placed, and fit together so closely and precisely.

Those identical "H" symbols were also unearthed in the 12,000 year old Gobleke' Tepe' site in Turkey.
I saw photos of some pyramids in Sudan and they had H block type stone in front of their entrances. Look it up. The pics are still there.
