I have been searching all over UA-cam to find a video that shows how to sow the ribbons onto a button up shirt. Then I finally came across this video, thank you so much for sharing!!
Great job Steven Redclay!!! This was a joy to watch it brought back memories of my grandmother who loved to sew as well. This is one of the ways we need to get back to as a people. I enjoyed this video and looking forward to more, thank you for sharing. Peace and honor!✌🏽❤🏹
Really cool shirts and nice background music! I was just thinking about the importance of being able to create our own clothing. My grandmother was an amazing seamstress in her younger years and she used to make costumes and clothes for all of her children and grandchildren. It's a wonderful skill for our people to have. Thank you for sharing this with us!
Anpetu Waste family! Peace and blessings! I want to ask if you don't mind, is there a specific significance to the steer patch with the feather you added as shoulder patches? Is it just decorative or does it represent something specifically, like a tribe?

I’m down in Texas and they were easy to come by so I added them to the shirts.
@@stevenredclay6506, Ok , gotcha! They look good family! Well done.
you dont have to tie the strings lol just back stitch...
Thank you I knew there had to be a better way of doing that 🙏🏾
@@stevenredclay6506 for sure! Your machine has a back stitch option. ❣️
Its the little button that looks like a U turn with an arrow. 😎 You hold it down while using the pedal for a quarter inch or so. 😎
@@seli8608 okey I see it now thank you so much I’m going to be a pro at it now.
Happy to help! ❣️
Sorry but it is called thread. Not string.
