From someone living in dha homes let me explain for you guys.
The current situation of dha phase 7 aka dha valley or dha homes is unbearable
No facilities
Faraway from all means
It literally takes an hour if not more to reach Pindi from here

Deserted DHA Homes..NOT ALLOWED to make any Boundary or installation of GATE for the CAR Safety.(In Pakistan there is ABSOLUTELY NO Trust on the DHA Society or any societies Security...) Also NOT ALLOWED to make any internal amendments. Like the owner is DHA Not the Buyer...

Boss, awaiting villas have no comparison. DHA 7 is best choice. Daducha Dam is coming.... its good choice. Much better, much better in comparison Bahria. Bad analysis guys.... think from brain not belly...

What are we gonna do with dam ? Basic necessities are not covered here. Robberies happen everyday, this dha valley project has been started from early 2000s and what is the current state ? After 20 years there are 2 blocks lilly and oleander both of which are near to empty, there are a total 3 local shops for groceries in here
If you call that development than idk what world you living in brother.
