    Too much of water came out from my mushroom when I was sauteing it. I sauted onions with salt for 5 mins before adding the mushroom. I think my mistake was adding the salt and sauteing for too long? What was your trick ?

      I also added salt to them, maybe try cutting them thinner ? I also find high heat helps. Did you cover the pan while cooking ?
