What Seaside was doing was called "Seaside Sunday". They gather the entire family and their friends and they play a game called "Seal or no Seal" which is quite fun and I recommend you to watch them on Lysium's channel. They also had a celebration for Seaside's 1 year anniversary and they called it "Seaside Olympics" which I recommend but that one a little long.
That clip about the exploding gas stations. I remember that one time where the CG boys blew that gas station by the old tuner shop in 2.0. For some reason it bugged out their games. Everything had like a pinkish purple tint to it.

No steve-o has a vocal chord issue where he doesnt know how to use it right. Hes had talking lessons to fix it but didnt like how he sounded so he ended up talking how he used to. Hes talked about it on his podcast
