    First 10k trail run around Llanberis coming up in a month! Walked it for a recce last weekend. Do you have any videos on power-walking? Needing to practice and develop techniques and strategies! Thanks!

      Hey Tim, no probs! I don't have anything on power walking but all you do is walk briskly uphill at the point where your breathing gets out of control. The aim is not to over do it up the hills, hope that advice helps, let me know if you need more info and I'll reply with more! Good luck in your race! Claire

    Incidentally, "Duck Quacks Don't Echo" did a test of a pint of beer and a pint of water for rehydration after a 10km event. Guess which one was better?
