They done have to interview you because you’ve been fully funded from the institution so all they have to do is collect your book and hand you your visa but NO they won’t do it. So so racism

This comment is confusing. They would not have a visa to come to Estonia if they did not have a job first. Estonia does not have a social security number. And if you mean health insurance, they atomatically get it with the job.
