@@Marcus2750-u1t car was stolen today n said person busted 2 my front wheels n curbed them all as well so have to find a new set n they pretty outrageous on ebay ect was just leaning on a prayer messing with Gavin, not in a position to spend a whole lot rn and insurance not covering it just a mess.

Fun fact. The 99-04 cobra got the irs from the 93-08 Lincoln Mark 8. The irs housing are identical. Also the 96-04 cobra got the 4v from the Mark 8.
The mark 8 motor is same as 96-98 cobra other than intake manifold. 99-01 engines were diff and 03-04 motor was Def never in a Lincoln
If you really want to improve the irs upgrade the bushings and mounts for the irs trust it’ll do wonders

You gotta take of the preventing mods like pulleys, alternator, heat exchanger, rear subframe bushings and rear diff cover.
The more and more I see this car, the more I fall in love with it. Just asmr every time Gavin makes a pull.
You should put on a tubular k member on the terminator. It’ll drop like 100lbs off of it and they also handle really well around bends too
Since I was like 10 a terminator has been my dream car man .. wow what a beautiful car .. in my eyes the most perfectly balanced car ever made as far as looks and performance

The T-56 is a very capable trans, I’d be worried about the input shaft and the synchros though Forsure

I remember back in the day when those terminators came out people would keep the pulley cover on and say just stock with a exhaust and tune. The cover would hide the smaller pulley they installed.

Need to do the head cooling mod if it's going to get run hard like this all of the time. The 03's are notorious for not cooling the back side of the heads enough.
Edit: I forgot that the comp orange cars were 04's which had that issue fixed.
they fixed that issue in 2004 correct me if I am wrong, and competition orange is an 04 color only (For that body style)

A ticket to remember for ever, and I thank my nephew love you,..A friend of mine had a GT350,SVT Cobra, that car was capable of 130mph in 3 to 4th gear rips at a roll I got to rip it a few great time's. My buddy was freaked as I was, about 3rd to 4th, 5th gear power. His Cutlas a car of way to much power scared him and I thought it was way slower that the Cobra. That thing I wish I would have bought from him,,,, Oh also the police I forgot what states have them in I think the mid 80' early 90's. My state had some interceptor clutched, Mustang's built to catch super car's years later auctioned them. You should find one of those for a build. To raffle off. One of my other friends had One of those punch out a bit. That car put a bit of grey in me hair just a wee bit. It was fast when he bought it. I had at the time a Chevy Beretta Gt, I got a ticket! For 2,000 dola for get this! going faster than a Crown Vic police cruiser at she! said and I quote,, you were going faster than 155mph and on my radar it said 166mph! My cruiser tops at 150mph, she was pissed. That a long hunting story. Almost went to jail.

Hey man I’m stationed in Germany and have since fallen in love with the BMW E46 body styles. It’d be cool if you could find a 330 and build it out or maybe something a little smaller like 325 or 323. I had a 318 but the 4 banger wasn’t enough and I’m looking for a 325 over here now to bring back to the states when I leave Germany in 2024

That synthetic blend oil will get thin as water when it gets hot and you’ll spin a bearing get that out asap

The terminator came with a forged engine from factory and yes the coyote engine’s were heavily influenced by the modular engine family
Coyote is a mod motor…
@Goulet82291 it is a diff line of engines from the mod motors. Nothing is interchangeable but on the mod motors things are interchangeable. The coyote lineup is coyote gen 1, 2, 3 and 4 as well as roadrunner, voodoo, and predator all coyote based engines. They're all overhead cam but the coyote engines and mod engines are not the same.

Crazy thing is the srt filters on the mopars if you hand tighten they leak every single time.... you HAVE! To hand tighten then and only then turn the filter with a wrench a quarter turn I went through hell on first first oilchange on my srt jeep leaked for a whole week changed the oil 3 times with 3 different filters.... same result...
One of the early thing I did to mine was a fuel system and VMP Gen3R....Hello 700 to the wheels

Hey Gavin have you heard about Toyota developing a simulated manual transmission with a clutch for their electric vehicles. Since I know how much you love manuals I wanted to know what you think about this.
dont let him fool you. And this is coming from a 2003 cobra owner myself. Get in one of these cars and you will definitely feel like you are in something from 2003. They are loud and rattle like crazy and make a ton of weird noises however they are a blast to drive and I have no intentions of ever giving mine up.
You must own a higher mile car. I own 2 terminators and I don’t have that experience at all. They drive like new cars and compare well to my coyote. But one has 30k miles the other has 60k so nothing crazy
@@patr80 mine has 67k and in no way do they drive like a new s550. S550 blows them out the door in ride quality, comfort, and interior build quality. I'd never sell my cobra but just stating facts.

Get a 2007 or newer impala SS and build it I have one and just did a tune and I’m getting exhaust done and it’s fast af boy got gapped by a 5.0 that was modded and I was stock but from 60-120 it was good
The 4.6 is terrible for oil changes because of the filter... needs a relocation kit then it's perfect

Dude I have a 96 gt premium I'm currently building. And had irs systems not been so damn expensive I would but ATM the IRS is not obtainable but my na build on the 4v head swap is going to be around the 450-500 range
Biggest waste of money to try and put 4v heads on your 2V. Please go read the thousands of forum threads on that swap.
