Both terms are suitable but critic is a commonly used that's whey it is more visible. A "food critique" provide in-depth reviews and evaluations of food, which can add a sense of expertise. Both terms imply a focus on reviewing food, while "critique" could suggest a more detailed or artistic approach. So the reason I use "critique" not "critic".
