The only acceptable "hacker" for me is the type that makes themselves a mini boss, and fight exactly as an npc boss would. It's not meant to be unfair or grief, but to provide a fun random-encounter type challenge. There have been some refreshingly creative ones in the past!
if i knew how to do that shit i absolutely would, the bosses in these games are always so much cooler than your player character could ever be.

Been following for a few months now and I've always loved the effort you put into these videos. The AI voices are really cool and often capture the personalities if the characters really well; except maybe Ranni, who is way more emotionally animated than the original. I find it much more engaging to learn more about the game or simply watch basic content in this way. Keep up the great work! I think increased references to culture in the game lore or real life community would be a nice touch when tossing jokes into the as a compliment. 😊

I remember the night the arena update dropped. Before there were any Mets or cheaters swarming it. It was the most fun I've ever had in a Fromsoft game. I have a few videos saved on my computer of the 6 man free for alls from before everyone took massive attack spams into it. I rewatch them every once in a while and miss it.

The most common cheater is a person with unlimited stamina. So many DS3 invaders had that.
Wow, "fight don't run" invaded me in the sewers spamming bloundstep, comet and teleport-dropping out of the air randomly.
Cheaters and tryhards never fail to make me laugh. To go to such lengths in a video game with absolutely nothing on the line except ego is so truly pitiful that the only response is to mock them into oblivion.

I’ve gone up against several of the no damage dudes, in arena. It would usually end in a stale mate, because I can’t damage them, and they can’t hit me.
Let me solo her, plays arenas though. So going up against these guys every now and then, isn’t too bad.
This "Fight! Do not run!" has like 5 alternative accounts, I beat him once, next time he just R1s me to death from 50 meters away, I block him and wooow another the same account name does exactly the same cheating. 10/10 Makes latency gain and fps drop from EAC worth it.

мне вот очень надоели читаки которые вешают на уникальное оружие несколько закалок на кровь\гниль яд безумие и так далее и бегают по всей арене ловя тебя на это оружие. просто удивительно мерзко. так же есть читаки которые бесконечно телепортируются с фальксами и спамя атаками по области, мана у них не кончается. таких людей явно обидели по жизни и я не удивлюсь если от них отказались родители. так же был у меня один чел которого я один раз победил хоть он и спамил всеми спеллами мира, во второй раз он пришел ко мне и когда снова начал проигрывать призвал малению. это просто абсурд, в этой игре читаков в 10 раз больше чем 3м дарке.

The arena is pretty cool, I’ve been enjoying it as I level up through many new game plus journeys. I haven’t seen any cheaters yet but I ran into people that would switch to the weapon I’m using to attempt to beat me, this isn’t a complaint but to me it’s bizarre and hilarious.

I still remember this one guy in Dark Souls 1 who invaded me while I was sitting around waiting to get summoned to help people through New Londo. He saw me on the ruined tower, just a thin bridge between us, adorned with robes and magic staff in hand. He runs at me in a straight line to try and melee me, tries to dodge roll through White Dragon's Breath (No idea why he thought that would work), dies, then sends me hatemail getting pissy that a wizard would use magic against an invader.

Hatemail fuels me in elden ring lol, especially if its from cheaters. I mostly do pvp as a host or summon because 90% of the time i wanna play with friends so usually i'll throw up taunters tongues and we get some good 2v1 or 2v2s. But the amount of hatemail i've been sent from people being pissed about "ganking" is insane lol. Literally the whole point of the finger remedy that allows you to be invaded is to coop. I guess invaders become brainrotted so hard by the game that they forget basic mechanics sometimes.

The sad thing is for some people winning in pvp in a video game is the only validation they can get. Like wow good job you did more damage to the other player.
That's actually alright in my book. I don't mind losing against someone who won fair and square, especially if a match is really close. However, meta slaves using the most cancerous setups known to man aren't skilled and they're annoying to fight. On top of that cheaters are even more common than previous games, and they don't even use cheats for a pseudo bossfight with unique moves like some used to in other games. They're just sad individuals with nothing else going on in their life

My character name was Morga and I was on a new playthrought on ps5 and I challenged myself to always activate the tongue, so I could get invade constantly.
At Stormveil castle I met a plenty of invaders normal twink and even some giving me item like runes, but I got invade by someone that chainsaw my ass the second he saw me.
I will be fast and clear, if we meet again I hope we will be able to get a fair duel, I can't guarantee my win since I didn't get the chance to see how much you succeed on pvp, but I can promise you one thing that I will gut you .

They were the best.
They where born from a game that tried to foster a strong pvp community and are probably still back in ds3. Elden rings opt in single player and massive world, with a huge host trolling problem seems have in my experience taken the wind out of the long term player bases sails.
Oh they were around but the type of guy you see in the video was still present. Had one in High Wall of lothric years ago. 99 in every stat at the level 5-20 invasion range. He was beaten of course since he was foolish enough to summon two players of a vastly higher skill level to his world but I gotta wonder how many people died before that account got banned.
@@thatsneakyneenja2595 My guess is like 3 Smurfing was incredibly common in DS Soul level 20 was a pretty standard challenge back then and you had incredibly actively low level arena's back then.

Since you say the colosseum fights don’t matter, then just back out and fight someone else.
I fought that Fight guy before. Unfortunately for him, I was using a max bleed resist build, so he never got to proc bleed on me and I slammed down my hammer without getting knocked out of poise. It only took a few hits and he was done, since he thought that if he kept hitting me, I'd eventually bleed, but it never happened.
The only reason I used that build as well was because too many people were running around with Rivers of Blood, so I figured if I can't win against them by simply rolling, then I should make my bleed resist extremely high.
Can't say much about him having 31 sleep pots unless we're going to also say something about duping golem arrows and shards. It is what it is

It doesn't matter though, if your expecting fair play in online games, that is a distant memory, the ladder in Tekken 8 is having problems, its done.. the competitive aspects of multiplayer are basically dead because of cheaters. The people who cheat do not care about esports, or the viability of online games, they cheat for views, streams or they hate people who play video games.
It's too easy to cheat, not even console is safe anymore because of cross play or hacking the console.
It's done, shooters were the first to go.. now that people left they are trying to ruin other games.
Also a lot of times the devs actually dont care about Cheaters and will not do anything about them even thou 90% of the cheaters are script kiddies that can be eliminated in a single anti cheat update.

I want to thank Waifu and the community around him for giving me more insight on the pvp aspect of the souls games, because I wasn't very much into it previous to fidning this channel. I always thought pvp was the "obligatory" scuffed feature of these games, but now I've found certain enjoyment in the array of ways to overcome the obstacles pvp certainly presents.

Oh SHIT you have the full HD versions of those Helltaker/Elden Ring artworks. For the last week I’ve been trying to rip them from Bilibili and Sly’s twitter to make discord emotes/stickers. Some of them being cut off at the edges drove me mad. I was splicing low-res ones with high-res incomplete ones, using vectorizers and in case of Malenia, ended up just drawing the cut iff parts lol.
I dont even play elden ring, but these videos are always fun ❤
All you normal ppl in pvp who don't cheat, you should laugh at and mock cheaters more than you do now
They cheat because they have a problem in their head or in their life or both because a normal person without problems doesn't cheat, they learn how to lose with grace
The bad ppl you fight have bad lives, can't find love nor do they have good friends or a good family life, they probably think of gimping themselves almost every day and have the downs, the big D, you know

Stat cheating banned you even in DS3, in ER your entire accounts you fam share with also gets banned so for what are they cheating. Elden Ring pvp is utter trash so..
Problem is they dont get banned so it doesn't matter.
ER PvP is so bad that as a invader since the DS2 days I still havent played more than 8hours of ER PvP its just who can 2shot someone first.
@@skeley6776 just adding stats with cheat engine, get u banned and all of your family shared accounts aswell, you need to bypass EAC entirely and use PAID cheats that only changes values like max hp and dmg to not get banned, since there is no way of anti cheat that could detact it since ingame items can change those stats on the fly aswell.
Well i dont know how From is handling this issue of cheats bypassing EAC, and i didnt saw a single cheater in my 300h playtime of the game.
but pvp is just min maxing ash of war 1-2 shotting anything that roams the world.
Used to love souls pvp, as broken as it's been since Demon's Souls, because at least it was fun and the cancer was limited. But now in Elden Ring it's too much for me. Even legit in game setups can be incredibly annoying and not fun to fight, but I've also found a lot of cheaters and ngl I don't want to risk getting my PC fried.
