I worked with Chip several times when I was a tour guide at the Lizzie Borden B&B. He's the real deal, and he genuinely wants to help people. He has an amazing energy about him.
I think very highly of Chip...I am from Kentucky,but now live in Germany...I just found out I am an empath...I also see things others don't ...We used to live in an old farmhouse in Kentucky...I told my husband something bad happened in the dinning room...about 1 year later someone told my husband ..back in the early 1900's it was a cattle farm and 2 brothers got unto a fight about selling out or not ...one killed the other,but he did say it was an accident...It was a very active home..but no harm or nothing bad ever happened to us..I loved living there...and I saw them as family ...that was the hard part to leaving that home..I still miss them to this day..I was in tears that day trying to say goodbye...Not all "ghosts" are bad...This may sound crazy...but there was a woman that took care of me when I was sick...She tucked the covers over me and said "just stay warm hun"...She looked like a lady from the 1940's ...And no I wasn't very ill it was just a cold...but being an old home it was kind of cold in the winter..I never feared her...How could I she was so kind...

That show is so cathartic for me!! Had he only been around for my childhood 💖 one little girl’s story paralleled mine so dead-on I was balling, not common for me to relate that closely. Had always known it was a gift, but others feared it and made my life very difficult and lonely. As an adult learning healing, cleansing, protecting has been my #1 gain, but feel I lost so much, almost too much, without support. The little girl encounter we had documented was the most interesting outside the sounds of ghost machines and doors slamming. The EVP we caught on the 6th saying, "Get that man with me" is interesting after hearing what Chip said.
I met Chip at the Rhodes Castle Atlanta Ghost hunt with Ghost hunt weekends (Tennessee Wraith chasers) a few years ago. He was so awesome and down to earth. I had a chance to speak with him and I asked How many spirits do you think are here. Hey said 13. Later that night on the spirit box I asked how many spirits are here. A crystal clear 13 came through. Chip is Amazing!!
