@@emilyrunsultraSteyning stinger was my first ever marathon, I don’t do things by half . Last done three forts 2022 am sure it had changed the route slightly. They have however changed the route for 2025 starting at Lancing Manor

Yes I ran it about 10 years ago and loved it. Would like to go back. And Steyning Stinger too ⛰️

Flat is wearing on legs isn't it... I also need a few hills to switch stuff up... Hence I have entered The Howum in mid Wales for next year x
