Thats exactly why you spend about 15 to 20 lakhs on them. And if you call riding flat out on a straight highway skill god help you.

ZX-10R is a great bike, but that 1st gear is way too long, it makes the bike slower on drag races.
That is to make the power delivery smooth and linear and not very intimidating. However it makes up for it very well with its ballistic top end power.
When you reach the full throttle of first gear why does it vibrate in the end

You seem to experience frequent episodes of tank slapper (speed wobble). Either you have a weak steering damper (or) You are an inexperienced rider. Both are dangerous! Fix it first.
