I still buy very slowly nowdays. Bought a few of these for my box as well. They are awesome bars design. If we do see some decent pullback to pre 2020 pricing and I can average lower I'll be investing a bit more. 👍
Since this comment. No pullback like March '20. For the year 2021 Silver drop -$3.10 per ounce!!!! Most stackers took a -$3.10 hit if they paid more than $26.53 per ounce!!! No one likes talking about this.
Do you recommend buying now? I feel like the price of silver and gold is too high “with the 20% premiums” but then again who knows right? Maybe gold and silver will go way higher once an official recession is announced
Those are gorgeous bars... I looked at them but here in Canada the premiums are very high on all Scottsdale products. I do have one of their bars and wish I could get lots of their products... but I am on a budget, so I just can't get them. I am in love with the Scottsdale 5 ounce button bar, but still dreaming of owning one. Hardly anyone in Canada has them... Ordering from the U.S. results in huge import fees for me, so I have to buy from Canadian dealers... there is not even a local coin shop near where I live.
So this is very interesting Dakiniwoman. And a good topic to discuss. Can you buy on Ebay without the import fees? I was looking a silver TD Bank bars that are readily available on Ebay,. It's just the premiums are super high compared to the actually Bank website! Are their any local Mints in Canada?
@@neophytestacker9471 Hello, buying on eBay from Canada, yes they include the import fees. There are some silver and gold items like hand-poured from Beaver Bullion for example. Most of what our dealers have is from Global Mints.
@@Dakiniwoman wow interesting. What about sending items to a friend? From Canada to US and vice versa. If it's silver bars/coins or bullion could you get around the import fees?
@@neophytestacker9471 I am not sure about that because Canada Customs does open lots of packages and of course they do scan parcels. Items sent as gifts may go through and may not. But dealers would not be sending as gifts, so who would one buy from?
Hey Mill Stacks, Since this comment silver is up .16 cents. I'm seeing several people buying heavy for this year! They're anticipating a parabolic rocket! But 2021 performance from Jan - Dec Silver went down $-3.01 per ounce. Ouch!
@@neophytestacker9471 It was my worst preforming asset of 2021. But I maybe bought 20 oz all year. I sold a lot Feb 1st but bought back for less as deal were found. I just can't buy above 25$/oz. I also can't justify 20% premiums from the dealers. But I can find deals at local police auctions! I am up20 oz overall through 2021 but that's nothing compared to what I put into some great preforming Canadian Banks!
Today $22.54. :) Premiums are still crazy + $5. Just a little more time @michaelmacdonald7886 but I'm very hopefully for a rocket ship next year during the presidential elections!!
Very Rigged. Silver has already started to move sideways for the last 3 months. This time next year premiums might be a lot lower just hang tight. Watch out for silver pumping stories, e.g. billionaires buying metals. lol

But today they have recouped it all plus .16 per ounce. IDK man. Everyone is buying heavy for this year's anticipation of going to the moon. I'm still holding back.
