We rely on loads of water product application to make said products function to their maximum potential. Did you know that water and the distribution of that resource is equally important when cutting a shape wet? Hair stretches a further distance when filled with water. It can be manipulated and set in a variety of ways to make our vision of shape and style become a reality.
