Sure. A native VLAN is a VLAN used for "untagged traffic." This means that traffic that does not have a VLAN tag will be forwarded through the native VLAN.
Good question! I will make a video on VLANs in the future. But pretty much a VLAN is designed to segment a single network into little "sub-networks." So these virtual LANs are not on the same network. Since they are not on the same network, they need a default gateway to reach the other networks. The network address 10.0.10.0/24 is not in the same network as 10.0.20.0/24. So the default gateway of 10.0.10.1 cannot be the gateway of the VLAN 20 network because it's in a different subnet. I hope that doesn't sound too confusing let me know if you need clarification.
