  • When Chef Brandon Jew took over the famed Four Seas building in San Fransisco for his new restaurant Mister Jiu’s, his mission was to create a new space that still celebrated the Chinatown he grew up visiting. He applies his background in San Francisco’s hyper-seasonal food to the comforting Cantonese and Chinese food he grew up eating. And while Brandon may constantly question his dishes, it would be rather hard for him to question his success.

I got to eat at Mister Jiu's in September for my birthday and it was SO GOOD. That duck dish is unreal. Glad to see them represented here. :)

Could you have descriptions of the dishes for the next video (if not for this one)?

Too much talking. Visuals just keep showing the same few dishes. I still don't get a good sense of the food after watching.

lol redefining please. It's just another excuse for a hipster to charge you 5-10x the price of normal dimsum. 16 dollars for 6 dumplings. Yea ok....
