Tampa Florida is experiencing a major revitalization. The Water Street Tampa project is the largest downtown real estate development in the U.S. The Channelside district has so much going such as the Tampa Riverwalk, The Florida Aquarium and Armature Works.
Is Tampa Florida a desirable destination? How does Tampa compare to Miami, Jacksonville and Orlando?

I prefer Tampa over Orlando. There are too many tourists in Orlando and the traffic in Orlando is horrible.

Much better than Orlando. When people complain I tell them they need to visit other cities around the country as Tampa's traffic is not as bad as most cities it's size. Heck it's better than a lot of smaller cities.

Tampa has more concentrated city streets over highways and tolls, places like Orlando and Atlanta has focused on highways and toll roads over traditional city roadways hence everyone who lives in those cities and the surrounding area have very little choice but to jam pack on to the few main highways and toll roads creating endless bottlenecks. In Tampa traffic slows but still flows because for every destination there are upwards to 5+ back streets you can take to get to the same place 💯

Don’t listen to them. That’s people who not from here & don’t know what they talking about. Tampa traffic is HORRIBLE! We have more people than Orlando, we have more traffic than Orlando. we the fasted metro growing city, please WE ARE FULL! After Miami.
