can you review the title lightning-fast speed bag and pair it up with the title lightning-fast swivel
I believe I have that bag... I'll double check.

I wanted to find out if using a Everlast water anchor on top of the platform would decrease the vibration
Yes, but I have found no real benefit from doing such personally. I have at times used a platform with an 80 lb everlast heavy bag on top of it...
What are your thoughts on the Forza sports hypersonic swivel? I’m new to this and have just ordered this platform and the title yellow 5x8 speed bag. Any advice on a good swivel for this combination is appreciated thank you.

How much is that ball swivel?
It's an arc swivel but you can't buy these right now. They are hand made in batches. Check out the Thrasher House Swivel (search on google) for a reasonably priced, ready to ship ball hook swivel.
That is the most trash speed bag swivel the everlast swivel is better
How so? The one that comes with it is long (so it is slow) and it's very noisy, and you can't punch from the sides effectively.
