Bahahahahah Your puns had me rolling. Brie Larson made of 🧀 . Love you happy D, humor is a sign of intelligence. Flaunt it if you got it! This is stunning! Amazing skill.
he’s playing black adam and this piece really encapsulates the character! like the perseverance and the strength he has esp with that look in his eyes is perfect 😭🖤
I haven’t finished yet and I am so impressed with you Happy This is humorous but he legit looks like some long forgotten age old god both rendered in stone and real, all the cracks and degradation some representation of how the people forgot whatever this god stood for, and the sorrow of the loneliness of immortality, maybe even a sadness for humanity and the inability to cease all the sufferings of the world
It’s probably cause I’ve recently rewatched the movie lol but this reminds me of Narnia when all the characters turn into stone. Or maybe in his movie Hercules, he had an interaction with Medusa. Either way I love this video(:
Your art is absolutely amazing! I love your videos, they are so helpful and inspiring, and you've inspired me to start drawing again. I found an old sketch book I started last year, and I'm planning on going back to doing at least a drawing or two a day. Hopefully I'll be as good as you one day!😁 Sincerely, Angel Gillum
This painting is incredible. I just discovered your channel and I had to subscribe. You're an amazing artist. I can't wait to see what you'll do in the future ❤
brie This name derives from the Celtic “brig-o > brígh”, meaning “exalted one, fire goddess, power, strength, vigor, virtue”. Its popularity, especially in Ireland, ...
I've noticed you did the paintings on arches oil paper. I would like to ask you if you have any tips for using this paper? I find it way too absorbent and doesn't let me spread the paint that much and dulls my colors.
I use Gamblin's PVA size, a really thin glue that works just like a barrier of clear acrylic paint, over the top of Arches to help it be less absorbent. This brushed-on layer does help colors stay more spreadable and vibrant. Hope that helps :)
@@KimberlyCrick Oh sadly I don't have that brand easily available where I live or the product is sold out in the only website I have access to but thank you very much for the idea, maybe one day I'll be able to try it :)
I love your second interpretation of this punny painting and I vote for Vin Diesel made of oil or Diesel gasoline and Brie Larson made of cheese. How about making Taylor Swift swift while you're at it. Lol. I think some puns can be funny.
as a girls' name is of French and Latin origin, and the meaning of Brie is "marshland". Variant spelling of Bree, altered to coincide with the place name for a region in France
you know if you reach out to Mr. Johnson with that painting and offer it to him he would likely gladly take it and the exposure would be great for you. Worth a try and wont hurt anything you might get a commision from it or referenced to others.
Ok but what if you made Robert Downey Jr aka Tony stark aka iron man But he's made of metal. Batman but he's made a a bazillion bats Aqua man/Jason Momoa but he's made of water. Starlord/Chris pratt made of stars Captain America made using the American flag (ok this last one is the weakest one by far but fun still..)
Who is the Irish goddess of fire? St. Brie is associated with perpetual, sacred flames, such as the one maintained by 19 nuns at her sanctuary in Kildare, Ireland.
So, the rock is in Fortnite. There’s a giant Rock statue on the Fortnite map right now. The Rock statute (He’s called the Foundation in fortnite) has fallen and his lower half is in the water because there are enemies on the map who destroyed the statue. That’s what I think of lol
Very fun! Do you have any tips on keeping your home not smelling like chemicals when you oil paint indoors? Even cracking a window doesn’t help much. I want to oil paint more but the smell of the paint/solvents bother me. 🥲
I'd love to see a painting of Vin Diesel made of oil, that would look pretty slick.
What we have here, ladies and gents, is a pun ception.
Hahahah
I love the idea of Punny Portraits - it would be such a fun series

Yes! You'll make good money off of it too!
Ha! 3:50 that is a hilarious idea for a series and I really hope you consider following through on the Vin Diesel made of oil :D

Draw Katy Perry as Perry the platypus!
can you paint captain marvel from endgame as a rock? the one where she has short hair?
