Can you please elaborate that what do I need to learn in order to grow my career into Investment Banking itself. Which tool or software I should learn to get into this Business Analyst profile? Iam working In a bank, can i apply for business analyst, will they consider me, I know almost all of these, only problem is it's very hard to leave a govt bank job, can you tell me what type of work I will be doing there.. If I have the knowledge regarding above mentioned topic
Ofcourse they will consider you for BA. The difference is private IT job is very cpmpetative and professional, we have to prove and improve consistently, there is no scope for repetative task as you may do in banks day to day life. In IT, everyday you will have challenges with work, learnings, and need to solution problems as a BA. If you make success in above all, you will get hike in salary, promotions and perks very fast, but if you fail, you may not get any. There is no low performers allowed in IT for long term as we seen in governement offices. Everyone has to be competative.

It is good to know about you. Have you applied to the top IT companies? They take projects in the BFSI domain. Or you could consider the many FinTech startups in India.
in my 30 years of banking career, i have never seen anyone in any bank explaining how bank works in such a simple manner without jargons.
