I think my pc has: CPU: 2.4 GHz 4 cores 8 GB of RAM I’m not using a custom pc like yours (I have a hp envy computer that you don’t have to do custom things for).
If you're experiencing issues at 8:19 minute and the matte squares aren't appearing, here's the solution: navigate to the effects menu, channel, and then set matte. There you'll be able to adjust the masks without any problems.

Hey What Do You Have To Do To Reverse The Process. I Mean What If I Wanted To Start The Video With The Particles Already Apart From Each Other, Then Form Into The Watch. How Would I Go About Doing That?
you can do the exact same thing in the video and then reverse the layer in your final composition, right click to he the animation layer and then : Time > Time-Reverse Layer
The best way to reverse the process is to go to the Global Controls in particular and bring the physics time factor to a negative value, you need to keyframe it though..
