I've been watching your videos as my only instruction. I have never played court sports before. I have now played pickleball about 2.5 months. The last two weeks, everyone has commented on how good I have suddenly gotten. One lady who hadn't been here for a couple of weeks commented today on how much I had ramped up. Another guy who teaches told me to keep watching whoever it was that I was watching online! Thanks for what you do!
I absolutely love your videos. Instead of thinking of how high the ball should be when it's crossing the net, I prefer to target where the ball should be at the highest point of its arc. That highest point should be on MY side of the court, a bit further away than MY own kitchen line, so that by the time it does cross the net toward my opponent, the ball is coming DOWN; by the time it becomes reachable for my opponent, he is either forced to let it bounce, or he has to make contact way below net level, from low to high.
I am 40 yrs old male I am from California San Diego and I am also a gamer almost all my life and been watching your videos since almost a month and started playing pickleball it got me so much better your fundamentals, accuracy and technique .... Thank you and keep it up and your sis is beautiful
I have been following your videos, I love your videos, thank you for letting me learn a lot of knowledge about playing. I think you are a very good coach, I will continue to learn from your channel.
Love your videos. Your videos are my favorite go to for training tips. And yes, your tips work well. Love it when Kimmi and you do the videos together. Great dynamics.
Those tips were extremely helpful to me. I'm going to drill them and put them into action the next time I'm on the court. I especially liked the tip on being 1.5 feet over the net instead of trying to just barely get it over the net, which has been a bad habit of mine. And the comparison to catching the ball with a cone was also a really helpful insight.
Started working on this more by first dinking and then taking a step back after each shot until youre at the baseline while your partner stays at the kitchen line.
So, that is fine for a ball that is given to you nicely for demonstration purposes but that is not going to be reality in most situations! When served, it is usually a hard shot. When you return it, it is usually hard too! DroppingvTHAT shot will not be that easy either! So, you will have to wait for an opportunity to do so. Something I've learned recently is that third shot does NOT havevto be a drop. If you have the opportunity to drive it hard to keep your opponent deep do it! They may pop it up or drop and you can be at the kitchen line first, giving you the advantage. I really like your videos and take thing away from watching them. Thanks!
Not likely I'll break the upper levels deeply I like to HIT THE $%^#$%^#$^ ball! ;-) Tactically unwise? Yes. Fingernails on chalkboard for some. Satisfying? YES. Have a nice day!
Nice video but I completely disagree with comment that the speed of the drop should be as slow as possible. Unless it's targeting only 3.0 croud. Otherwise you'll get a short return to the side that is impossible to reach
Respectfully, that doesn't make any sense. The slow speed of the drop gives you time to get to the NVZ so the short return to the side is not impossible to reach.

Great video! Thanks for Kenadi's tips about hitting out in front. I remember hearing this a lot in tennis clinics, too:)
Another great video. My drops are getting better but I need to pick a target or two and go with it. Thanks for the advice
Really appreciate your tips. Great presentation. You guys are great!

Love the cone drill - will def start using this with some beginners. Great video!
I love how the ninja ball is just chillin in the background at 3mins in
I like your videos and I’m not going to try and tell you how to do your job haha good job guys no critiques
How should I be thinking about spin on drops?

Same. Then coming back to NVZ. And so on.
Great view of the landscape but that court is way too close to the fence.
Where y'all at? 🤔

It should be a drive, if one player is back. But if both players are at the net, then a drop is key.
First comment
I can hit 10% of my drops succesfully. The other 5% went to the net, and the rest 85% got smashed. Thanks but no thanks, not ready to try drops.

I found it a little difficult concentrating with Sam Elliot playing in the next court.

Good analysis, but it's all about money and the survival of the empire.
