YES u can ask to hr.. but it depends on that why they want to terminate. If u have breache some rules then they will terminate directly. If any performance issue is there then may consider ur request to resign.

I had a bike accident in May 2019. My left leg ligament and cervical disk started hurting. After 5 days, I handed in a hard copy of my resignation letter. However, my manager refused to accept it, believing the injury wasn't critical. 10 days later, I went to my native place and was admitted to the district hospital for 6 days, followed by around 4 to 5 months of bed rest. I have photocopies of all medical documents, including admission consent letter, initial assessment letter, and progress sheets for six days. How can I obtain my relieving letter if HR has changed he mentioned as absconded and is not providing relieving letter , along with completing the full and final settlement?

In Government Jobs the Termination is of two types Removal and dismissal.If an employee is removed from a job, then he is eligible for further employment with the government. Agar dismiss hue then problem hai so pls check u r in which category.

Yes can terminate its depend on the reason if any fake documents they got to knw in ur notice period also then they can terminate quickly.

Nhi... govt job me agar koi exp hi nhi manga to koi problem nhi aaygi. baki jo education certificate ya eligible criteria hai usme aap fit hai to exam de sakte hai koi problem nhi.
