Ha ha...yeah, just edit out the bit where you wrestled for hours to line up the side bolts with the back holes (at 5.00 and at 6.30). That's immensely helpful.
After another 15 mins of puzzling how to get the uppermost side bolt to line up with its respective hole, I discovered that you need to turn the half assembled chair on to its base (standing on the one side that you are assembling), and manhandle the bolt into place by bringing your weight to bear down on the side of the chair, to cause the side of the chair to flex a bit. Some people may need a second pair of hands to help.
