I love these little cakes and use them as deserts. A quick warming in the microwave does wonders for the texture and brings out the flavors. I sometimes will add warmed sugar-free frosting to them as well, it feels like a real splurge.
They are good, a bit pricey, but good!

I didn’t find them dry at all. Maybe you got a stale cake. I know when you get them they suggest to store them in the refrigerator for a little while but better in the freezer to keep them fresh. At least mine was better than hostess back when I ate them.
I justify it as I was going every night to get ice cream or chips and wine. I spent at least 5, usually more on late night impulse snacks. With these I get my sweet stuff and I am worth it!

@@DiabeticSavvywithDavisKnight Took me a bit to get there. Tossed around in my head the cost, but I would think nothing of scraping up change when I was down or just wanting snacks to go to the dollar general and load up on crap before they closed at 10pm. These cakes help me to know I can make Keto a lifestyle change. Between these and Rebel ice cream, I can do this! BTW I love them. Lemon especially!
Did they get moldy? Mine did. But I did store them in the fridge instead of the freezer.
what was the expiration date? Did you contact that company?
@@DiabeticSavvywithDavisKnight I ate them within a month after receiving the products. I didn't contact the company because I stored them in the fridge, not the freezer as they addressed.
Would never buy.
