I tried those patches, I tried e-cigarets ,chewing gums, you name it... Nothing really worked until I really decided to quit smoking cold turkey ,now it has been 7 years since I had a cigarette. Just make a strong decision ,I wish you success ❤️

If you had nothing good to say, you could have get scrolling away! I am a social smoker, after using X39 I have learnt that it won’t work if you still have bad habits. But does X39 work, yes it does! You just have to quit just like you said and start improving your health with the use of the patch. 🎉🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼😇
For some of my customers it is. That said, the X39 is going to work regardless of where you put it. I don't have any videos of my using Icewave. There are 4 placement videos from Lifewave explaining that patch though. Great patch, it just takes some time and effort to find the most effective placement.
Yes, you can. If for some reason, the patch falls off if you sweat a lot, you can always re-fix it with a little bit of extra tape or something like that. I seem to usually do fine with my patches but when I put one on my foot, I have had them come off from sweating before.
