Takes some serious stones to blame the victim for this. Imagine this lawyer saying this defending a man who abused a teenage girl this way. To do so you really have to vacate your soul. Brittany Zamora is in jail for the whole two dimes and her life is justifiably ruined (her husband's life is too, they tried suing him but you cannot blame him for not wanting to think his wife could have done this to him and the kid.) If you hear the discussion between Zamora and the boy's father, the LAST thing you would have thought was he wanted money. If I were the family of that poor kid, I would fear vengeance from Zamora's family members. Some very bad people could be called in to "fix" situations like this.
(Me after listening to the attorney) "So ... if hes a 'teenager' in this situation .. you'd rather blame him than the adult ? Even the husband confirmed what his wife did was the biggest stupidest mistake and the attorney still making excuses for her ? Unbelievable!"

I have a 13 year old sister, and she is still very much a freaking child. Yes 13 is a “teenager” technically but he just became one. That lawyer is absolutely ridiculous. Hell my 8 year old son is persistent about a lot of things he wants, but as an adult it is up to you to make the rational decision. Can we say a 13-17 yr. old Girl was "very aggressive", and say the Teen Girl wanted a relationship, therefore give the Man probation only? If you say there should be a double standard, then at least you're being honest. Wrong, but honest.
What if the rolls were reversed, freakin perverted attorneys
I could never be a lawyer how can she say the things she did accusing the child she is a teacher a role model and the family has every right to sue
Disgusting teachers are meant to protect smh
How youuuu, doin?
And vice versa, Vigilante justice is done by all walks
the sickest, lame attempt at deflecting blame, almost think she should be dis-barred.
(Me after listening to the attorney) "So ... if hes a 'teenager' in this situation .. you'd rather blame him than the adult ? Even the husband confirmed what his wife did was the biggest stupidest mistake and the attorney still making excuses for her ? Unbelievable!"
Sheesh that lawyer must have one of those "you dont pay unless you win" kinda deals. Ive seen door knobs wither higher intelligence than her..
Imagine trying to claim a 13 year old victim of molestation started this...
Where were these teachers when I was in middle school
OMG! I can't believe I heard what I just heard!!
Way to destroy your short-lived lawyer career
The lawyer didn't get a chance to finish. She was supposed to say "LIVE FROM NEW YORK ITS SATURDAY NIGHT!"
That boy is a rockstar in his school
No, he's a victim.
She's not a predator 😂😂😂 smh if this was a dude some of these lawyers are so dirty man like seriously
S/o to the guy who called out that lawyer on her bs ! 2:11
She’s crying cause she got caught. That’s all. Don’t blame society she’s not the victim
Not just blaming society she is blaming the victim. This is after she placed a guilty plea. Narcissism 101.
Exactly.
Lawyers lie as soon as their lips start moving. What a system.Bring back the trough of justice.
Apparently that attorney thinks a thirteen year old can't be groomed.
Im sure feminists will be all over this blatant victim blaming. Anyone? Hello?
Why wouldn’t they be? I’m a feminist, an educator and a mother. The lawyer was completely in the wrong here.
Clown World: Complains about feminism.
Clown World: Makes everything about Feminism.
@@ticklethypickle6368 pedophiles will meet their maker
I am a true feminist that finds the actions of this teacher and her attorney absolutely inexcusable. He was a child and her student. She was in the wrong and should be embarrassed by her behavior. Case closed
@@minuteman1458 you mean other pedophiles?
How sick and deluded are these people blaming the child victim………….
Come on people stop saying that the kid was a child and will be scarred for life. He was well beyond his puberty years and knew what he wanted. He will be a hero to his peers for a long time and will wallow in it. His WT parents jumped in for the money and publicity.
13 years old and still in 6th grade?
Shes lucky her lawyer didnt pull that stunt at sentencing
True, he was only 13....BUT FOR A GUY WITH NO CAR, HIS GAME WAS REALLY STRONG.
She was the adult and if she can be persuaded or whatever she wants to call it by a 13 year old, then she is clearly a predator. A normal adult would end that behavior immediately and not play into it. Give me a damn break.
After hearing this lawyer speak at this press conference she called in ABSOLUTELY no way, shape, or form would I use her for my lawyer!!!
where were these teachers when I was 13?
Imagine being that fine and throwing yourself on a 13 year old, like come on.
come on she's hitting on 13 year olds
bruh my teachers be looking like trolls but he gets her
He wanted to know about her molars? Kinky
Its time we should accept the fact that today's teenagers are way grown up than we know them
That attorney should be struck off for victim shaming . Imagine if it was a grown man saying the 13 year old girl was “ gagging for it”
Keep your eyes on that attorney I got a baaad feeling it's not the money talking, the last thing we need is another one on the loose.🙁
All these disgusting accusations against the teen sicken me, shame on them for even trying this.
This looks like one of those times when the lawyer gets/accepts the case cause they are a personal friend of the predator/predator's family.
To blame a child is pathetic and disgusting.
To this poor Attorney , shame one you! I pray this never happens to your loved one. Guess money can buy your honor! Trifling
Lawyer has absolutely no sense of morality whatsoever. Absolutely astonishing to blame a 13 yr old boy for this horrible act. How do you look yourself in the mirror after that?
Where were these teachers when i was in school I seam to remember old and fat ones ha ha
Bruh 😂
Right???? Mine were old Asian ladies with tremendously bad breath. Now that would have been traumatizing.
All i ever got from teachers was detention and a couple F's
